간호대학생의 진로준비행동과 취업스트레스 간의 관계에서 대학적응의 조절효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로준비행동과 취업스트레스 간의 관계에서 대학적응의 조절효과를 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 186명이었고, 2019년 5월 13일부터 6월 7일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 조절효과는 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 진로준비행동은 5점 만점에 3.32점, 대학적응은 3.50점, 취업스트레스는 2.77점이었고, 취업스트레스는 대학적응(r=-.33)과 유의한 역 상관관계가 진로준비행동(r=.48)과는 유의한 순 상관관계가 있었고, 진로준비행동과 대학적응(r=.46)은 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 간호대학생의 진로준비행동과 취업스트레스 간의 관계에서 대학적응은 조절역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 대학적응을 증진할 수 있는 간호대학생 맞춤형 비교과 프로그램들이 개발·적용된다면 과도한 진로준비행동으로 인한 간호대학생들의 취업스트레스를 감소하고 극복하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish the moderating effect of college adjustment in the relationship between career preparation behavior and job-seeking stress among nursing students. The subjects of the study were 186 students in the third and fourth grades of nursing, and data were collected from May 13 to June 7, 2019. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 program. According to the study, the degree of career preparation behavior was 3.32 points out of 5, college adjustment was 3.50 points, and job-seeking stress was 2.77 points. Job-seeking stress was a significantly negative correlation with college adjustment (r=-.33), and a positive correlation with career preparation behavior (r=.48). College adjustment was also significantly correlated with career preparation behavior (r=.46). Also, the moderating effect of college adjustment was confirmed in the relationship between career preparation behavior and job-seeking stress among nursing students. Based on the results of this study, college adjustment promotion programs for nursing students are developed and, if applied, could help reduce job-seeking stress for nursing students due to excessive career preparation behavior.
