국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 총체적 질 관리(TQM) 이론을 중심으로 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육의 질 관리 체계의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 문헌 연구로 4차 산업혁명시대, 대학교육의 질, 총체적 질 관리(TQM) 이론에 대한 문헌을 중심으로 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육의 질 관리 체계의 주요 요인은 교육수요자 중심의 질 관리 체계 구축, 대학조직을 중심으로 한 소통체계 구축, 지속적인 개선을 위한 환류체계 구축으로 나타났다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육의 질 관리 체계의 구축 방안은 질 관리 내용 면에서 교육수요자 중심의 질 관리 체계 구축은 학사제도 혁신 체계 구축, 교육방법 혁신 체계 구축으로 나타났다. 질 관리 주체 면에서 대학조직을 중심으로 한 소통체계 구축은 대학조직 구성원의 소통 체계 구축, 대학과 산업체의 소통 체계 구축으로 나타났다. 질 관리 인프라 면에서 지속적인 개선을 위한 환류체계 구축은 대학교육 모니터링 체계 구축, 질 관리 조직의 질 관리 패널 구축으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에 기초하여 미래형대학 구현을 위한 대학교육의 질 관리에 대한 시사점을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to direct the quality management system of university education in the fourth industrial revolution focusing on the total quality management theory. This study was a literature study, and data was collected based on the literature cantered on the fourth industrial revolution, quality of university education, and total quality management. The results of this study are as follows. First, the main factors of the quality management system of the university education in the fourth industrial revolution were establishing a communication system centered on universities, establishing a quality management system centered on education consumers, and establishing a reflux system for continuous improvement. Second, in terms of quality management subject, the establishment of a communication system centered on the university was founded by establishing a communication system among members of the university organization and establishing a communication system between the university and the industry. In terms of quality management object, the establishment of a quality management system centered on education consumers was founded by establishment of a system for innovation of the academic system and establishment of a system for innovation of educational methods. In terms of quality management infrastructure, the establishment of a reflux system for continuous improvement was founded by establishment of quality management monitoring system for university education and establishment of quality management panel of educational quality management organization. Based on the results of this study, a method for establishing a quality management system for innovation in university education during the fourth industrial revolution was proposed.
