국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 조직건강과 조직효과성 간의 관계에서 일과 삶 균형의 매개가 어떠한가를 살펴보기 위한 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 검증함으로써, 유아의 조직건강을 이해하고 그 매개변인인 일과 삶 균형의 역할을 이해할 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 B시에 소재한 유치원 24곳에 재원중인 유아교사 314명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조직건강은 일과 삶의 균형에 영향을 미치고, 둘째, 조직건강은 조직효과성에 영향을 미치며, 셋째, 일과 삶의 균형이 조직효과성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직건강과 조직효과성 간 관계에서 일과 삶 균형은 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 유아교육기관의 조직효과성 확보를 위하여 유아교육기관의 건강상 유지 뿐 아니라 교사의 일과 삶이 적절한 균형을 이룰 필요가 있다는 것을 확인시켜 준다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to determine whether work-life balance is mediated in the relationship between organizational health and organizational effectiveness of early childhood educational institutions. The researcher established and verified the research model to realize the research purpose. The significance of this study is to provide people with information to understand the organizational health of early childhood educational institutions and the role of work-life balance as a mediator. In order to realize the research purpose, the researcher collected data from 314 pre-school teachers in 24 kindergartens located in city B and conducted regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, organizational health affected work-life balance. Second, organizational health affected organizational effectiveness. Third, work-life balance had an effect on organizational effectiveness. Fourth, in the relationship between organizational health and organizational effectiveness, work-life balance showed a partial mediation effect. These results have significance in that they not only maintain the health of the early childhood education institution but also confirm that it is necessary to balance the work and life of the teacher in order to secure the organizational effectiveness of the early childhood education institution.
