저학년 간호대학생의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 저학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 소진의 정도와 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하여 소진을 감소시키기 위한 교육 및 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구이고 3개 지역 소재 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 학생 227명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 소진에 영향을 미치는 일반적 특성은 성별, 학년, 간호학과 선택동기, 교우관계, 대학생활 만족도, 전공만족도, 현재건강상태이고 지각된 스트레스가 높을수록, 자아탄력성이 낮을수록, 공감만족이 낮을수록 소진이 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 저학년 간호대학생의 소진을 설명하는 주요 변수는 지각된 스트레스, 공감만족, 전공만족도(불만족), 현재건강상태(나쁨) 이었고 이들 변수들이 소진을 39.4% 설명하였으며, 이중 가장 영향력이 큰 변수는 지각된 스트레스로 나타났다. 저학년 간호대학생의 소진을 감소시키기 위해서는 교수자는 교육을 질 향상 및 다양한 교수법 적용, 긍정적 피드백, 개별지도 및 상담을 통한 긍정적 강화를 제공해야 할 것이다. 아울러 저학년부터 교우관계 및 대학생활 만족도, 전공만족도, 현재건강상태가 좋지 못한 간호대학생을 선별하여 구체적인 이유를 확인하고 적극적으로 중재할 필요가 있으며, 나아가 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 중재 프로그램의 개발 및 이에 대한 활용을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify degree of burnout and the influencing factors of lower grade nursing students. This study was a descriptive research study and collected data from 227 first and second grade students in the nursing departments of three regional universities and analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of this study, general characteristics affecting burnout were gender, grade, nursing selection motivation, peer relationship, satisfaction with school life, major satisfaction, current health status. The higher the perceived stress, the lower the ego-resilience, the lower the compassion satisfaction, burnout was high. The main variables explaining burnout of lower grade nursing students were perceived stress, compassion satisfaction, major satisfaction(dissatisfaction), current health status(bad). These variables explained for burnout by 39.4%, and the most influential variable was perceived stress. In order to reduce burnout of lower grade nursing students, instructors will need to qualitative improvement of education and provide positive reinforcement through the application of various teaching methods, positive feedback, guidance and counseling. In addition, from the lower grades, nursing students who are in poor peer relationship, satisfaction with school life, major satisfaction, and current health conditions need to be selected to identify specific reasons and actively intervention, and furthermore, to develop a intervention program that can reduce burnout. suggestions for use it.
