국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스, 사회적 지지 및 현장실습 적응간의 관계를 파악하고 현장실습 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 간호대학생 3,4학년 학생이며 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2019년 5월 3일부터 6월 3일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 프로그램을 활용하였으며 t-test와 ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스, 사회적 지지, 현장실습 적응간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 회귀분석결과 임상실습 스트레스 중 실습환경과 환자와의 갈등, 사회적 지지 중 평가적 지지와 정서적 지지가 현장실습 적응에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났으며 이 변수들은 현장실습 적응을 46% 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 현장실습 적응을 높이기 위해 임상실습 중 실습환경 및 환자갈등의 스트레스와 사회적지지 중 평가적, 정서적 지지를 고려한 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between clinical practice stress, social support and field practice of nursing students and to identify the factors affecting field practice. The subjects of this study were nursing students in grades 3 and 4 and collected data from May 3 to June 3, 2019 using a structured questionnaire. SPSS program was used for data processing and t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed. As a result, there was a significant correlation between clinical practice stress, social support, and field adaptation of nursing students. As a result of regression analysis, the practice environment, the conflict with patients, the evaluation support and the emotional support among the social support were the variables influencing the field practice adaptation. These variables accounted for 46% of the field practice adaptation. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a program that considers the emotional and emotional support of the practice environment and patient conflict and the social support during clinical practice in order to improve on-site practical adaptation.
