진로 및 동기강화 집단상담이 학사경고생의 학습동기, 진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학사경고생의 학업문제 해결을 지원하기 위한 진로 및 동기강화집단상담이 학습동기, 진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 A대학에서 진로 및 동기강화 집단상담에 참여한 학사경고생 24명을 대상으로 학습동기, 진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동을 프로그램 전·후에 조사한 후, 사전-사후 차이를t-검증으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 프로그램에 참여한 학사경고생의 학습동기, 진로결정효능감, 진로준비행동이 모두 유의하게 향상되었고, 학습동기의 하위요인 중 수업동기, 진로결정효능감의 하위요인 중 목표 설정, 진로준비행동의 하위요인 중 필요한 도구를 갖는 행동, 목표 달성을 위한 실천적 노력이 유의하게 향상되었다. 이를 토대로 본 연구는 향후 학사경고생을 대상으로 한 집단상담 연구 및 실천에 있어 시사점을 논의하고 후속연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of a career and motivation focused group counseling to assist learning problems of undergraduates on academic probation. For this, the group counseling was implemented to 24 students with academic probation at A university in the Gyeonggi-do, and analyzed how much learning motivation, career decision self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior increased after the counseling through t-test. The findings revealed that all of learning motivation, career decision self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior significantly improved. Class motivation of learning motivation, goal setting of career decision self-efficacy, and taking the means for career preparation and putting into action toward career goal of career preparation behavior significantly increased, as well. On the basis of these findings, the study discussed a few implications and limitations for the future studies and practices of a career and motivation focused group counseling for undergraduates with academic probation.
