대학생의 계획된 우연과 진로신념이 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 계획된 우연과 진로신념 진로탄력성이 어떤 상관이 있는지, 계획된 우연과 진로신념이 진로탄력성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 서울시에 소재한 4년제 대학교 대학생 175명을 대상으로 2019년 4월부터 5월까지 설문을 실시하였다. 통계적 분석은 각 변인들의 상호관련성을 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 계획된 우연, 진로신념이 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대학생의 계획된 우연, 진로신념, 진로탄력성의 세 변인간의 모두가 정적인 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과 계획된 우연이 진로신념보다 진로탄력성을 예측하는데 더 큰 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 계획된 우연과 진로신념 변인들의 하위요인별로 살펴본 결과, 계획된 우연에서는 낙관성과 인내심이 진로신념에서는 내적가치와 명확성이 진로탄력성을 유의하게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 대학생의 진로탄력성을 높이기 위해서는 진로교육 및 진로상담에서 계획된 우연과 진로신념을 합리적으로 전환하고 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 도와줄 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to verify the career relationship between the planned happenstance and career belief of university students, and how the planned happenstance and career belief affect career resilience. The survey was conducted on 175 university students from Seoul-based four-year universities from April to May 2019. A Statistical analysis was conducted to find out the correlation and effects of planned happenstance and career belief on career resilience for the interrelationship of each variable. The study found that, first, all three variations of planned happenstance, career myth and career resilience of university students showed static correlation Second, the mid-to-long-circulation analysis shows that planned happenstance have greater influence in predicting career resilience than career belief. Third, looking at each of the sub components of the planned happenstance and career myth variations that have a significant effect on career resilience, it was found that optimism and patience in planned Happenstance were variables that predicted the intrinsic value and clarity of career resilience significantly in career belief. These findings suggest that in order to enhance the flexibility of university students in their career path, they need to help them rationally transform their planned happenstance and career beliefs from career education and career counseling.
