대학생 취업준비행동 국내 연구 동향과 과제

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 취업준비행동에 대한 국내 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 대학생의 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 흐름을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 ‘대학생’ ‘취업준비행동’ 핵심어를 포함한 연구가 등장한 2004년부터 2019년 6월에 이르는 연구 자료 중 한국연구재단 등재 및 등재후보 학회지논문 총 57편을 선정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 취업준비행동에 관심을 둔 연구는 2017년부터 급격하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 사회과학분야에서의 연구가 주요하였으며 특히 교육학과 관광학 분야에서 많이 연구되었다. 셋째, 연구방법에서는 대부분이 조사연구의 방법으로 이루어졌으며 양적 자료분석의 방법 중 회귀분석 계열, 기술통계가 다수 활용되었다. 상대적으로 질적 접근방법을 활용하여 대학생의 취업준비행동을 이해하려는 노력은 1편에 불과했다. 넷째, 연구주제별로 살펴보면 변인 사이의 관계를 다룬 논문, 집단 간 비교를 실시한 연구가 상대적으로 높은 비율로 나타났다. 마지막으로 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 변인을 사회인지진로이론의 관점에서 살펴본 결과, 전체적으로 개인변인을 다룬 연구가 많은 편이었고, 상대적으로 환경변인, 학습경험 등에 대한 관심은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 척도 사용의 관점에서는 김봉환(1997), 이제경, 김동일(2004), 어윤경 외(2011)의 척도를 활용한 경우가 많았으며 그중에서 어윤경 외(2011)에서 연구된 척도의 사용 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the trends of employment preparation behavior and to identify the research trend and issues on the factors influencing employment preparation behavior of university students. For this purpose, 57 research papers from the Korea Research Foundation were selected and analyzed from 2004 to June 2019 when research including the keyword preparation for employment appeared for the first time. The results are as follows. First, research on university students’ employment preparation behavior rapidly increased since 2017. Second, research in the social science was the main one, especially in the fields of education and tourism. Third, most of the research methods consisted of survey research methods, and the proportion of researches using regression analysis and descriptive statistics was high among quantitative data analysis methods. Only one research was attempted to understand the employment preparation behavior by the qualitative approach. Forth, in terms of research topics, the relationship among variables and the comparison between groups were the highest. Finally, as a result of examining the variables affecting employment preparation behavior from the perspective of social cognitive career theory, interest in individual variables is the main and interest in environmental variables and learning experience was analyzed to be relatively low. In terms of scale use, the scales of Kim(1997), Lee & Kim(2004), and Au et al(2011) were used frequently, and among them, the frequency of use of the scales studied in Au et al(2011) was high. The implications and suggestions of the study were presented.
