영유아 통합예술교육 프로그램에 대한 해외 사례 분석 및 도입 방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

영유아기는 신체적, 인지적, 사회적 및 감정적인 발달이 급진적으로 일어나는 시기로서, 예술에 대한 경험이 중요해지는 시기이기에 다양한 예술 영역을 통합하여 영유아에게 놀이로 접근하는 것이 필요하다. 특히 통합예술교육을 통하여 다양한 예술 활동을 하면, 상상력과 예술성이 증진되며, 창의성과 다중지능을 발달시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 통합예술교육이 영유아의 창의성과 다중지능에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고 해외 모범 통합예술교육 프로그램 참관 및 사례를 분석하였다. 또한, 서울 시내 거주 부모 209명의 해외 통합예술교육 프로그램에 대한 인식도를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 부모들은 통합예술교육의 중요성에 대하여 인식하고 있었지만 예술적 창의성과 다중지능에 관한 지식은 부족함으로 나타났다. 모범 해외 통합예술교육 프로그램 사례로 싱가포르 쥴리아 가브리엘의 에듀드라마와 뉴욕 필하모닉의 베리 영 피플스 콘서트를 조사하였다. 두 프로그램의 성공 요인을 분석하고 현지화 및 국내 도입의 효과적 방안을 살펴보았다. 이를 통합하여 이상적인 통합예술교육 프로그램의 요건을 알아보고, 마케팅 방법을 모색해 보았다. 본 논문은 궁극적으로는 국내 영유아 통합예술교육 프로그램을 발전시키고 부모의 공감대를 형성 및 대중화 및 발전에 기여 할 수 있는 기초 자료가 되는 데 그 의미를 지닌다.

영문 초록

Early childhood is the time when physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development is radical. For them, it is necessary to approach various combined areas of integrated arts education through play. It helps improve creativity and multiple intelligence, develop the brain and has positive impacts on personal growth. This study examines the effects of integrated arts education on the creativity and multiple intelligence of Early childhood, and analyzed the examples of overseas integrated arts education programs. To investigate perceptions about integrated arts education during early childhood, a survey was conducted with 209 parents with preschool children, living in Seoul. As a result, parents realize the importance of integrated arts education, but they are lacking in understanding the importance of artistic creativity and multiple intelligence. This study chose Julia Gabriel’s EduDrama of Singapore and Very Young People’s Concert of the New York Philharmonic for integrated arts education program as case studies. This study analyzes success stories of international integrated arts education programs to develop a domestic adoption plan and attempts to contribute to the development of integrated arts areas during early childhood. By combining them, this paper examined the requirements of an ideal integrated arts education program and analyzed marketing methods. In addition, this research pursue to be a fundamental data of developing early childhood arts integrated educational programs in Korea and contribute to form consensus of parents as well as popularization of the programs.
