온오프라인 융합 글쓰기 피드백 시스템의 설계 개념

국문 초록

이 논문의 목적은 오프라인 상에서 시행되던 글쓰기 피드백을 온라인 상에서 구현되도록 설계한 시스템의 설계 개념을 구체적으로 밝히는 것이다. 온라인 피드백 시스템은 교수자와 수강생 간의 의사소통 상황을 온라인 상에서 가능하게 설계한 것이다. 글쓰기 콘텐츠에 대한 클리닉을 위한 제반 요소들이 시스템에 구현되었다. 오프라인 면담 개설과 신청 도구, 상담 원고의 탑재와 클리닉 실시를 위한 도구, 원고의 피드백 결과물과 분석 내용의 출력 도구 등을 담고 있다. 이와 더불어 피드백 건수의 전체 통계 기능이 있어 관리자가 확인할 수 있다. 피드백 시스템에는 글쓰기 교육에서 일반적으로 이루어지는 첨삭의 항목을 유형화하고, 유형별 체크리스트를 설계하고, 첨삭의 기준과 지도의 가이드를 제공하는 기능을 탑재하였다. 이런 기능은 동국대학교 경주캠퍼스에서 도입한 것이 기초가 되어 건국대 글로컬캠퍼스와 숭실대, 호서대, 한동대 등에서 기능 개선 버전을 사용하고 있다. 이 시스템은 원고에 대한 진단을 표준화하는 것, 그리고 진단된 내용에 대해서 처방을 맞춤형으로 하는 것이 특징이다. 이는 교수자 개인의 신념에 의지하던 것을 시스템을 통해 과학적 교수법을 적용할 수 있게 하고, 수요자에 대한 보편 교육의 확대에 기여하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the design concept of a online system designed to implement offline writing feedback. The online feedback system is designed to enable online communication between instructor and learner. All elements for the clinic for writing contents were implemented in the system. It includes opening and application tools for offline interview, tools for carrying out a consultation manuscript and conduct a clinic, and output tools of the feedback result of the manuscript and analysis contents. In addition, the entire statistics function of the feedback number can be checked by the administrator. The feedback system is equipped with the function of typing the items of the general correction in the writing education, designing the checklist according to the type, and providing the reference of the correction and guidance of the teaching. These functions are based on the one introduced by Gyeongju campus of Dongguk University and the improved version is used in the glocal campus of Kunguk University, Soongsil university, Hoseo university, and Handong university. The system is characterized by standardizing the diagnosis of manuscripts and customizing prescriptions for the diagnoses. This allowed scientific teaching methods to be applied through systems that were relied on individual teachers beliefs and contributed to the expansion of universal education for consumers.
