학교현장실습을 통한 예비유아교사의 변화 분석: 인식, 교사역량, 교수효능감을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 학교현장실습 수업을 통해 교육실습 관련 인식, 교사역 량, 교수효능감의 변화를 살펴보고, 그 효과성을 탐색해보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 4년제 대학교의 교원양성기관에서 유아교육을 전공 중이거나 유아교육 복수 교직과정을 이수중인 4학년 학생 45명을 연구대상으로 하였으며, 2018년 3월부터 6월까지 ‘학교현장실습’ 수업에서 교육실습 관련 이미지 맵을 수집하였고, 교사역 량과 교수효능감 검사 도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 범주화 과정을 통한 질적 분석과 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용한 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 학교현장실습 수업 이후 예비유아교사는 교육실습을 배움과 성장, 대인관계역량의 증진, 진로결정 및 갈등의 시간으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교현장실습 수업 전후 교사역량의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 교사역량 전체에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 하위요소인 대인관계 및 의사소통 역량에서 유의 미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 학교현장실습 수업 전후로 교수효능감에는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과들을 토대로 예비유아교사를 위한 교육실습및 총체적인 학교현장실습 교과의 효율적 운영 방안에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the effect of pre-service early childhood teachers perception on teaching practice, teacher competence, and teaching efficacy through practice in school fields. For this purpose, 45 students in 4th grade who have undergone early childhood education or undergraduate curriculum for early childhood education were selected as research subjects at the 4-year university in Gyeonggi- do, and from March to June, 2018, image maps related to teaching practice were collected in the class, and teacher competence and teaching efficacy test tool were used. The collected data were subjected to qualitative analysis through categorization process and the corresponding sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 program. The results of this study were as follows: First, pre-service early childhood teachers perceived teaching practice as learning and growth, interpersonal competence enhancement, and career decision and conflict time. Second, as a result of examining the change of teacher competence before and after the school field practice, there was no statistically significant difference in teacher competence as a whole, and there was a significant difference in interpersonal relationship and communication ability. Third, there was no significant difference in teaching efficacy before and after the school field practice. Based on the results of this study, implications on teaching practice for pre-service early childhood teachers and the effective management of school curriculum were discussed.
