학부모의 스마트폰에 대한 인식과 사용환경이 양육효능감에 미치는 영향: 양육 스트레스와 과몰입을 매개로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 스마트폰과 관련된 요인들이 부모의 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2018년 6월 7일에서 20일 사이에 대구․경북 유아 교육기관을 이용하고 있는 부모 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, Amos 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 본 연구에서 설정한 가설 모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모의 양육효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 부모의 양육스트레스와 자녀의 스마트폰 과몰입으로 나타났다. 또한 스마트폰 사용환경은 양육스트레스와 자녀의 스마트폰 과몰입을 통해 양육효능감에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 양육스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 스마트폰 사용환경으로 나타났다. 자녀의 스마트폰 과몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변인으 로는 부모의 스마트폰에 대한 인식과 사용환경인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 들을 통해 부모의 스마트폰 인식과 사용 환경에 대한 체계적인 부모교육 및 예방교육 프로그램에 대한 연구가 필요하다는 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of smartphone-related factors on parents’ parenting efficacy. To this end, data were collected from 350 parents who were using preschool educational institutions in Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas between June 7th and 20th, 2018, and conducted the Amos 18.0 program to verify the hypothesis model. The results of study indicated first that parents’ parenting stress and children s overindulgence in smartphone directly affect parents’ parenting efficacy. Also environment of using smartphone were shown to have indirect effect on parents’ parenting efficacy through parents’ parenting stress and children s overindulgence in smartphone. Second, environment of using smartphone were shown to be factors that directly affect parents’ parenting stress. Parents’ recognition about smartphone and environments of using smartphone were shown to be factors that directly affect children s overindulgence in smartphone. The results of this study suggested systematically parent education program and preventive education program for Parents’ recognition about smartphone and environments of using smartphone.
