예비유아교사의 유머감각 및 진로스트레스가 행복감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산과 경남의 4년제 대학교 유아교육학과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사를 대상으로 행복감에 유머감각과 진로스트레스가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보 고자 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 295명의 설문지를 분석한 내용을 토대로 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 유머감각, 진로스트레스, 행복 감은 전체적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 유머감각과 진로스트레스가 행복감에 미치는 영향을 각각 분석한 결과, 유머감각은 행복감에 정적인 상관이 있으며, 진로스트레스는 행복감에 부적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 유머감각이 높고 진로스트레스가 낮은 예비유아교사일수록 행복감이 더욱 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 대학의 예비유아교사 양성과정에서 유머감각과 행복감을 높일 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the pre-service early childhood teachers sense of humor on their happiness. For this data were collected by conducting survey regarding sense of humor, career stress and happiness on 295 pre-service early childhood teachers studying at early childhood education located in Kyungnam and Busan at university. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 program. The results are as following. First, the result of current study reveals that all of the variables used in this study were correlated. In addition, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between pre-service early childhood teacher s humor and happiness, but there was a statistically significant negative correlation between pre-service early childhood teacher s career stress and happiness. In other words, the higher levels of a sense of humor and a lower levels of career stress the pre-service early childhood teachers have, the higher degree of happiness. Based on these results, this study discusses the way to enhance pre-service early childhood teacher s sense of humor during teacher training course in order to improve pre-service early childhood teacher s happiness.
