국문 초록

본 연구는 영유아 자녀를 둔 어머니의 모성역할적응의 영향요인을 확인하기 위함 이다. 2016년 9월부터 11월까지 편의추출된 144명을 대상으로 시행한 횡단적 조사연 구이다. 자료는 기술통계와 t-test, 상관관계분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석 되었다. 모성역할적응은 모아애착(r=.543, p<.001), 부부친밀감(r=.746, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 모성역할적응에는 부부친밀감, 현재 모유수유 여부, 모아애 착, 출생시 아기상태가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 회귀분석의 설명력은 59%이 었다. 모성역할적응을 강화하기 위해 건강관련 전문가들은 부부친밀감과 모아애착을 함께 증진할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 모성역할적응을 위한 중재 프로그램은 영유아 자녀를 둔 어머니의 건강뿐만 아니라 아기의 발달에도 긍정적으로 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify related factors of maternal role adaptation among mothers having infant and early childhood. A cross-sectional survey design with a convenience sampling was used. A total of 144 mothers were recruited from September to November, 2016. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Parson’s correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression. Maternal role adaptation had positive correlation with mother-to-infant attachment (r=.543, p<.001), and intimacy (r=.746, p<.001). Influencing factors of intimacy, present breast-feeding, mother-to-infant attachment, and baby condition at birth explained 59% of the total variance of maternal role adaptation. To strengthen maternal role adaptation, health providers need to promote intimacy and mother-to-infant attachment with together. Intervention for maternal role adaptation can contributed to maternal health having infants as well as optimal growth of baby.
