피아노를 활용한 유아음악활동에 대한 유아교사의 인식 및 요구

국문 초록

본 연구는 피아노를 활용한 유아음악활동에 대한 유아교사의 피아노 활용 실태와 인식, 교사들의 요구를 살펴보아 유아교사를 위한 바람직한 피아노 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2017년 10월 31일부터 11월 10일까지 J시에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집을 단순 무선 표집하여 392부의 설문지를 투입, 최종 380부를 회수하였다. 회수된 응답지 중 연구 결과에 활용할 수 없는 자료를 제외한 최종 345부를 SPSS 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였고, 일반적 특성별 인식 및 요구의 차이를 알아보기 위해 교차분석과 x2검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사의 연령대와 교육경력이 낮을수록, 담당학급의 연령대가 높을수록, 어린이집 교사보다는 유치원교사가 피아노의 활용도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 피아노를 활용한 유아음악활동을 위해서는 교사의 인식이 가장 중요하다고 응답하였으나 교사의 연주기술의 부족으로 인하여 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 30대 이하 연령대의 교사와 유치원 교사, 만 5세 담당학급의 교사가 현직교사의 연수가 필요하고 연수에 대한 요구도에 높게 응답한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 기초하여 유아음악활동을 위한 유아교사의 피아노 활용도를 높이기 위하여 현장에서의 음악적 환경 조성과 교사양성기관에서의 체계적인 기악실기 교과목의 운영, 현직교사 연수의 실제적인 재교육 방향을 제시하고 향후 연구의 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present the practical use of piano for early childhood musical activities using piano and their perceptions and needs of teachers. To do this, A simple wireless sampling of kindergarten and daycare center in J city, and put 392 questionnaires, from October 31 to November 10, 2017, and the final 380 copies were collected. The final 345 copies of the collected responses, excluding those that could not be used in the study, were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, and crosstabs and x2 tests were conducted to examine differences in recognition and needs of general characteristics. The results of this study are as follows: First, the lower the age and educational career of the teachers, the higher the age of class, the higher the utilization of the piano by kindergarten teachers than the daycare teachers. Second, although the teacher responded that the perception of the teacher is most important for the activities of early childhood music using the piano, it showed difficulties due to the lack of the teacher s skills. Third, teachers in the age group of 30 and under, and teachers in charge of the 5-year-old class were in need of training of in-service teachers and responded highly to the demand for training. Based on this study, it is suggested that the musical environment in the field, the operation of the systematic instrumental performance course in the teacher training institute, the actual reeducation direction of the in– service teacher training to improve the utilization of the early childhood teachers piano for early childhood musical activities.
