월경중인 여성의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 월경중인 여성의 주관적 건강상태를 확인하고, 관련요인을 확인하여 월경중인 여성의 건강을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 2016년에 질병관리 본부에서 전국적으로 조사한 국민건강영양조사 자료 제 7기 1차 자료를 이용하였고. 전체 대상자중 월경중인 여성만을 선별하여 일반적 특성, 스트레스 인지, 통증/불편 여부 등의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 가중치를 적용하여 SPSS 21.0 프로그램의 복합표본 분석방법을 이용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 월경중인 여성의 13.2%에서 주관적 건강상태가 나쁜 것으로 파악되었으며, 비정규직 대상자가 정규직 대상자에 비해 2.27배, 스트레스 인지가 많은 대상자가 적은 대상자에 비해 4.04배, 통증/불편이 있는 대상자가 없는 대상자에 비해 4.86배 주관적 건강상태가 나쁜 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 월경중인 여성의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 변수를 고려하여 여성 건강과 관련된 사회적, 정책적인 지원과 전략적인 중재프로그램 개발을 통한 개별적인 접근이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the self-rated health of menstruating women and provide basic information of their health based on related factors. The 1st data of the 7th Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES) conducted in 2016 by Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(KCDC) were used. Menstruating women were selected from the whole subjects and data on general characteristics, perceived stress, and pain/discomfort were collected. Weighted value was given to the data collected. Using the complex sample analysis of SPSS 21.0 program, frequency analysis, crosstab analysis, and multivariable logistic regression analysis was applied. As a result, 13.2% of menstruating women had bad self-rated health(SRH). Temporary woman workers were 2.27 times worse SRH than permanent woman workers. The subjects who had more perceived stress showed 4.04 times worse SRH than the subjects who had less perceived stress. The subjects who had pain/discomfort showed 4.86 times SRH than the subjects who had not. Therefore, individual approach is necessary by social and policy support and developing strategic intervention programs associated with women’s health in consideration of the variables influencing menstruating women’s SRH
