국문 초록

본 연구는 악기가 그려진 명화를 활용한 유아 음악활동이 유아의 정서지능과 미술감상능력에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 I 시에 소재한 I 유치원에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 37명(실험집단 18, 비교집단 19)을 선정하 였다. 실험집단 유아를 대상으로 악기가 그려진 명화를 활용한 유아 음악활동을 12주 동안 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 악기가 그려진 명화를 활용한 유아 음악활동은 유아의 정서지능에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 악기가 그려진 명화를 활용한 음악활동은 유아의 미술감상능력에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 악기가 그려진 명화를 활용한 유아 음악활동이 유아의 정서지능과 미술감상능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 활동임을 시사해준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to suggest the effects of the musical activities connected to famous paintings included musical instruments for young children on emotional intelligence and the ability to appreciate art. After drawing the direction of music activities connected to famous paintings included musical instruments for young children through literature research, total of activities were developed including pre-activities, main music activities connected to famous paintings, and post-activities. The subjects of the study were 37 children in I kindergarten located in I city, and the music activities for young children connected with famous paintings included musical instruments were conducted through 12 weeks. As a result, the experimental group children of which the music activities connected to famous paintings for young children scored high in emotion intelligence of the experimental group. And also, the experimental group children of which the music activities connected to famous paintings for young children scored high in the ability to appreciate art than the experimental group. This result indicates that the music activities connected to famous paintings for young children were effective teaching method to help improve children’s emotional intelligence and the ability of art appreciation
