전문대학생이 인식한 계획된 우연기술과 진로적응성과의 관계에서 진로신념의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 전문대학생을 대상으로 계획된 우연기술과 진로적응성의 관계에서 진로신념의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문대학에 재학 중인 1학년~3학년 학생 500명을 대상으로 2017년 9월 11일부터 9월 29일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 처리는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 진로신념의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적중다회귀분석과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문대학생이 인식한 계획된 우연기술, 진로적응, 진로신념은 모두 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 계획된 우연기술과 진로적응성의 관계에서 진로신념(통제감, 명확성, 융통성)의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 졸업과 취업이라는 두 가지 심리적 부담감이 큰 전문대학생을 대상으로 계획된 우연기술, 진로신념, 진로적응성의 관계를 확인함으로써 전문대학생의 미래 직업세계에 대한 적응력을 높이는데 기여했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 더 나아가 진로신념의 하위요인을 구체적으로 점검하고, 전문대학생의 진로에 장애가 되는 요소들을 극복할 수 있는 적극적인 진로상담 개입 방안과 맞춤식 진로프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to examine the mediating effect of career belief on the relationship between planned happenstance skills and career adaptability for two-year college students. For this, this study collected data from a total of 478 students (260males and 218 females) who were enrolled in a two- or three-year system junior college in Gyeonggi do. Technical statistics and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0, and the hierarchical multiple regression analysis and Sobel test were conducted to verify the mediating effect of career belief. The main results are as follows. First, all of the planned happenstance skills, career adaptability, and career belief perceived by junior college students showed a significant positive correlation. Second, the relationship between planned happenstance skills and career adaptability showed a partial mediation effect of career belief (control, clarity, and flexibility). The results of this study are significant in that this study contributed to the adaptation of the junior college students to their future career world by identifying the relationship between planned happenstance skills, career belief, and career adaptability on the subjects of junior college students who have two psychological burdens such as graduation and employment. In addition, this study suggests that it is necessary to examine in detail sub -factors of career beliefs, to have active career counseling interventions to overcome obstacles to their careers and to develop tailored career programs in order for junior college students to make a reasonable career decision in their career exploration process.
