해결중심 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 인터넷중독 청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감과 탄력성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 해결중심 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 인터넷중독 청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감과 탄력성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 프로그램은 미국 단기가족센터에서 개발한 해결중심 상담모델과 선행연구들을 참조하여 구성하였다. 연구대상은 경기도에 있는 p중학교 1학년 학생들 가운데 2016 년 4월 여성가족부에서 실시한 인터넷중독 자가 검사에서 위험군과 주의군으로 나온 학생 중 연구에 참여하기를 희망한 학생 48명을 실험집단 24명 통제집단 24명으로 무선 배정하였다. 실험집단에는 해결중심 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램을 주 2회 90분씩 10회기동안 실시하였다. 통제집단에 대해서는 연구 종료 후 실험집단과 동일한 프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단에 대해 진로결정 자기효능감 척도와 탄력성 척도를 사전, 사후 그리고 한 달 후에 추후 검사하였다. 프로그램의 효과 여부와 지속성을 확인하기 위해 사전검사를 공변인으로 하여 사후검사와 추후검사에 대한 공변량분석(ANCOVA)과 반복측정 분산분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 집단상담 프로그램에 참석한 실험집단의 진로결정 자기효능감과 탄력성은 통제집단보다 유의미한 변화가 나타났다. 따라서 본 프로그램이 인터넷중독 청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감과 탄력성 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of solution centered career search counseling program for internet-addicted adolescents in self-efficacy and resilience. The program of this study was constructed based on the solution-focused counseling model and the previous studies developed by America Brief Family Therapy Center. The subject of this study were selected form the internet addiction test conducted by Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Korea in April 2017. 48 students who recorded cautious or dangerous were assigned in control and experiment group. The scales of self-efficacy and resilience in career decision was measured before and right after and one month after the examination. To confirm the effectiveness and persistence of the program, Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) and repeated measured analysis of variance were conducted. Internet adolescents who participated in the counseling program revealed meaningful change in the scales representing self-efficacy and resilience. However, control group did not show significant change. Therefore, it can be seen that the solution centered career search counseling program for internet addicted adolescents is valuable for enhancing self-efficacy and resilience.
