보육교사의 CCTV 인식, 소진, 소명감이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 CCTV 인식, 소진, 소명감이 이직의도에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2017년 9월 11일부터 9월 27일까지 구미, 김천, 칠곡, 상주, 문경에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 184명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 Windows용 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 CCTV 인식, 소진, 소명감과 이직의도는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육 교사의 사생활 침해와 권리(CCTV 인식 하위요소), 소진과 소명감은 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육교사가 지각한 CCTV 인식과 소진에 대해 부정적인 인식으로 인하여 보육의 질에 중요한 영향을 미치는 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 입증하고, 보육교사가 인식하는 소명감을 통해 이직의도를 완화 시킬 수 있음을 검증하였다는 점에 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study set out to investigate the effects of CCTV perceptions, sense of calling, and burnout on turnover intention among child care teachers. The study was conducted a survey of 184 people with child care teachers working in Gumi, Gimcheon, Chilgok, Sangju, Mungyeong from September 11, 2017 September 27. Data processing using PASW 18.0, was performed correlation, multiple regression analysis. Results first, CCTV perceptions, the correlation between burnout, sense of calling, turnover intention of child care teachers all showed significant. Second, the invasion of privacy and right(CCTV perceptions), burnout, and sense of calling found that the tendency is affecting turnover intention. The significance of the study is found in that it demonstrated that child care teachers negative perceptions of CCTV and burnout could have effects on turnover intention, which has important impacts on the quality of child care, and that their sense of calling could help to alleviate their turnover intention.
