지진을 직접 경험한 여고생의 지진방재교육에 대한 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 학교방재교육의 점검 및 지진방재교육의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 지진을 직접 경험한 울산지역 여고생을 대상 으로 지진 행동요령의 숙지정도와 정보출처, 학습자가 경험한 지진방재교육의 방법과 만족도, 지진방재교육에의 요구로 구분하여 설문을 실시하였다. 83명으로부터 회수한 질문지 자료를 바탕으로 빈도 및 분산의 기술통계로 분석하였다. 일부 문항에 대해 지진을 직접 경험하지 않은 안성지역 여고생 70명의 평균 및 표준편차의 기술 통계를 바탕으로 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 지진 행동요령의 정보출 처는 인터넷, TV, 학교교육 순으로 선택되었고 경험한 지진교육 및 훈련의 내용은 영상물 시청, 모의훈련 참여, 학교교육 순으로 많았다. 이를 통해 현재 학교교육이 지진방재교육에서 중점적 역할을 하고 있지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 지진 교육 및 훈련에 대한 만족도는 5점 척도를 기준으로 평균 2.79점, 지진에 대한 불안감 정도는 10 점 척도를 기준으로 평균 6.47점으로 두 항목에 대해 안성지역 학습자와 비교하여두 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 지진에 대해 알고 싶은 내용은 건물의 안전도, 대피장소와 위치, 지진 발생 시 연락방법 등의 순으로 나타났으며 기존의 연구 및 안성 지역 학습자와 비교했을 때 건물의 안전도에 대한 관심이 특히 높은 것을 확인할 수있다. 이에 학습자의 만족도 및 불안감의 영향요인을 밝히는 추가적 연구와 학습자의 요구가 충분히 반영된 방재교육방법의 개발을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the current disaster prevention education and to verify the effectiveness of earthquake prevention education. For this purpose, the questionnaires were conducted for the female students of high school in Ulsan who had experienced earthquakes in terms of awareness of guideline for an earthquake, the source of information, the method and satisfaction of earthquake prevention education, and the demand for earthquake prevention education. Based on the questionnaire data collected from 83 people, the frequency and variance descriptive statistics were analyzed. Some questions were subjected to independent sample t-tests based on the mean and standard deviation of 70 female students in Anseong who did not directly experience earthquakes. As a results, the sources of information on guideline for an earthquake were in the order of Internet, TV, and school. The answers about the contents of earthquake education and training were in the order of watched video, mock training and school education and it can be seen that school education does not play an important role in earthquake disaster education. For the question about the satisfaction of earthquake education and training based on the 5 – point scale, the average score was 2.79. The anxiety level of the earthquake based on the 10 - point scale, the average score was 6.47 points. There was significant difference between the two groups in comparison with the students of Anseong about both. The answers to questions about what you want to know about earthquakes appeared in the order of the safety of the building, the place and location of evacuation, and how to contact when the earthquake happens. Compared with the existing study and the result of the students of Ansung, it can be confirmed that the interest of building safety is particularly high. Through this research, we suggested that not only additional studies revealing the factors affecting of students satisfaction and anxiety but also development of disaster prevention education method that fully reflects the needs of students.
