대학생의 정서표현 양가성과 의사소통 유형이 대인관계 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 정서표현 양가성과 의사소통 유형이 대인관계 만족도에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 알아보는 데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 부산광역시 소재의 4 년제 대학교에 재학 중인 남여 대학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 상관분석과 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 통하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서표현 양가성과 의사소통 유형은 대인관계 만족도와 상관이 있다. 둘째, 정서표현 양가성의 자기방어적 양가성과 관계관여적 양가성은 모두 대인관계 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 자기방어적 양가성은 대인관계 만족도 중 개방성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 관계관여적 양가성은 대인관계 만족도 중 친근성에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 의사소통 유형은 대인관계 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 이상의 연구 결과는 자신의 정서를 타인에게 어떻게 표현하고 전달하느냐에 따라 대인관계 만족감의 정도가 달라질 수 있으며, 대인관계 문제의 어려움을 호소하는 대학생들을 위해 자신의 정서를 올바르게 표현하고 기능적인 의사소통 유형을 사용할 수 있도록 도움을 제공하여 대인관계 만족도를 향상시킬수 있는 다양한 프로그램 및 상담개입 전략의 개발이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of university students’ ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and communication types on satisfaction of interpersonal relationship. Specific research subjects to attain the purpose of this study are as follows: First, what is the correlation among ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, communication types and satisfaction of interpersonal relationship? Second, what is the relative influence of ambivalence over emotional expressiveness over satisfaction of international relationship? Third, what is the relative influence of communication types over satisfaction of interpersonal relationship? This study conducted a survey with 500 students of 4-year university located in Busan Metropolitan City. I collected data and carried out a correlation analysis and a stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver. 21.0. The results gained through these procedures and major research findings are as follows: First, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and communication types correlate with satisfaction of interpersonal relationship. Second, in ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, both self-defense ambivalence and relation-involved ambivalence influence satisfaction of interpersonal relationship. Third, communication types affect satisfaction of interpersonal relationship.
