대학생의 학습몰입에 효과적인 대학 수업 탐색: 수업 변인과 수업 방법을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 학습몰입에 효과적인 대학 수업을 수업 변인과 수업 방법을 중심으로 탐색하고 이를 토대로 대학 수업 운영에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년도 1학기 D대학교 평생교육프로그램 개발론 수강생 20 명을 대상으로 교양․전공 강좌의 수강 경험을 토대로 학습몰입을 촉진하는 수업에 대해 성찰일지 작성과 그림그리기를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성찰일지 분석 결과, 인지적 몰입은 학습자 변인의 인지적 영역, 교수자 변인의 인지적 영역, 학습과제 변인의 과제난이도, 문제유형과 관련 있는 것으로 나타났다. 감성적 몰입은 학습자 변인의 정의적 영역, 교수자 변인의 정의적 영역과 관련 있는 것으로 나타났다. 행동적 몰입은 학습자 변인의 신체적 영역, 수업활동 변인의 수업체제 영역, 수업매체 영역, 수업조직 영역과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 그림자료 분석 결과, 학생들이 몰입할 수 있는 수업 방법은 체험학습, 실험실습법, 토의․토론 법, 발표 수업, 영화 활용 수업, 조별 활동과 같은 구성주의에 기반을 둔 학습자 중심 수업으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 학습몰입을 촉진하는 효과적인 수업에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the effective college class for students learning flow. For this purpose, reflection journal writing about the instruction variables affecting the learning flow based on the experience of the course of liberal arts and majors were conducted with 20 undergraduates who attend lifelong education program development class in 2017 second semester. In addition, drawing were conducted about the instruction method affecting the learning flow. The results were as follows. First, the results of the reflection journal analysis showed that the cognitive flow was related to the learner variables of the cognitive domain, the teacher variables of the cognitive domain, the learning task variables of the task difficulty domain and the problem types domain. Emotional flow is related to the learner variable of the emotional domain and the teacher variables of the emotional domain. Behavioral flow was found to be related to the learner variables of the physical domain, the class activities variables of the class system domain, the class organization domain, and the class medium. Second, as a result of the analysis of the picture data, the instructional method that promote students learning flow were learner-centered class based on constructivism such as experiential learning, practice, discussion, presentation, audiovisual, and group activities. Based on the above findings, it suggested the implications for effective college class that can promote learning flow of undergraduates.
