예술기반 팀 프로젝트가 팀워크 형성과 신뢰성 역량에 미치는 영향:

국문 초록

본 연구는 팀 활동 중심의 예술기반수업이 팀워크의 향상과 팀원들 간 신뢰성 형성에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 증명하고자 한다. 서울 소재 C대학 교양수업 사례를 바탕으로 설문조사와 표적집단면접을 실시하였고, 신뢰성 형성에 중요한 요소를 살펴 보았다. 이를 위해 수업효과에 대한 전반적인 분석을 5영역으로 나누고, 본 수업을 수강한 재학생 중 300명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 진행하였다. SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 신뢰성 영역이 84.6%로 가장 높은 평가를 받았다. 다음으로 재학생 13명을 대상으로 표적집단면접을 실시하여 신뢰성 형성의 원인을 분석하였고 예술기반 프로젝트가 대학 내 팀 기반 수업에 미치는 긍정적인 효과를 탐색했다. 연구결과, 학생들이 팀 프로젝트에 대해 어느 정도의 문제제기나 부담을 가지고 있었지만, 예술기반 콘텐츠, 특히 장기간 진행된 연극 제작 프로젝트가 팀워크 향상에 기여하는 장점으로 인해 팀원 간 높은 신뢰성을 형성하였으며 유의미한 팀 프로젝트 경험으로 기억됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 사례연구를 통해 예술기반 콘텐츠에 팀기반 활동을 첨가함으로서 팀원 개개인의 창의력 향상 뿐 만 아니라 팀원들 간 신뢰성을 높이는 인성교육의 효과까지 기대할 수 있음을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This article examines the positive effects of an art-centered class run by team activities: how the team projects effectively enhance credibility among team members. To do this, A.C.T., a liberal education class of C University, Seoul, is examined thoroughly as a case study. The following topics are examined respectively. First, it investigates Action Learning’s positive effect on team projects and introduces its application to the A.C.T. To analyze the educational strength of the art-centered team projects, the survey has been conducted with 300 students’ responses. Based on the survey result, we presume a strong correlation between art-centered team projects and credibility. To prove this, a focus group interview with 13 students has been conducted. This interview reveals that the art-centered team projects produce more positive effect of building teamwork than the team projects of many other classes. The interviewees agree that the following merits of the art-centered team project, including artistic challenges, creative thinking, free expression, and cultural diversity, were effective to build strong teamwork. In addition, the long-term preparation for staging the final performance also played an important role in building up credibility among team members. Based on the results of the interview, this article argues that by creating an artistic performance as a team, students not only increase their creativity but also strengthen their humane manner, which is relatively difficult to learn from the arts-related classes of a liberal education
