예비보육교사의 보육실습 어려움에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사들이 보육실습 과정에서 경험하는 어려움을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구대상은 졸업 후 보육교사를 희망하며 보육실습에 임한 예비교사 41명 이었으며, 실습 시작 전부터 실습 후까지 총 3개월에 걸쳐 실습 전, 중, 후에 작 성한 저널과 실습 중 일지를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석내용은 실습을 하면서 겪게될 예상되는 어려움과 실습 중에 실제로 경험하는 어려움, 실습 이후 반성적 저널쓰기에 나타난 실습기간 동안 겪었던 어려움에 관한 내용들이었고, 연구자 분석 후 연 구대상자들이 그들의 경험과 의견이 잘 반영되었는지 확인하는 과정(valididate)을 거쳤다. 분석결과 예비교사들이 토로한 어려움은 크게 전문적 자질과 개인적 자질로 분류되었다. 구체적으로 전문적 자질에는 수업에 대한 어려움, 영유아 상호작용에 대한 어려움, 생활지도에 대한 어려움, 영유아 발달에 대한 지식 부족의 어려움, 서류 작성 및 교구제작에 관한 어려움이 있었다. 또, 개인적 자질에는 적응에 대한 어려움, 의사소통의 어려움, 인간관계에 대한 어려움, 신체적·정신적 어려움을 경험한 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 예비교사들이 교사로서의 자질을 확인하며 경험하는 어려움을 파악하고, 이를 극복할 수 있는 지원체계가 구축되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the difficulties that preliminary daycare teachers experience in daycare teaching practice. Objects of study are 41 preliminary daycare teachers who hope daycare teachers after graduation and attend daycare teaching practice, and daily records before, during, and after practice were collected and analyzed. Analysis contents are the expected difficulty that are experienced in practice, the difficulty that are really experienced in practice, and the difficulty experienced in practice that are showed in reflective journal writing after practice. In addition, the researcher went through validate to confirm whether experience and opinion of the objects are well reflected after an analysis of the researcher. In detail, the special qualities are the difficulty of class, the difficulty of infant interaction, the difficulty of guidance, the difficulty of insufficient knowledge about infant development, and the difficulty of document preparation and production of teaching aids. In addition, the individual qualities are the difficulty of adaptation, the difficulty of communication, the difficulty of relationship, and the physical and mental difficulties. The researcher hopes that the qualities of preliminary teachers will be confirmed, the experienced difficulties will be understood, and a support system to overcome it will be established based on these results of study
