완전학습모델기반 간호시뮬레이션 프로그램 및 동료 피드백 디브리핑 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호학생에게 적용할 완전학습모델기반 시뮬레이션 프로그램과 동료 피드백 디브리핑 방법을 개발하고, 그 효과를 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 2012년 10월부터 11월 동안 자료가 수집되었다. 실험군 19명 대조군 19명의 학생을 대상으 로 비동등성 대조군 사전사후설계로 진행되었다. 실험군은 완전학습모델기반 시뮬레이션 교육에 동료피드백 디브리핑 방법을 교육받았고, 대조군은 완전학습모델기반 시뮬레이션 교육만 받았다. 대조군 1명이 결석하여 총 37명의 자료가 SPSS WIN 23.0으로 분석되었다. 완전학습모델기반 시뮬레이션 교육에 동료피드백 디브리핑 방법을 교육받은 실험군의 ACLS 지식점수가 완전학습모델기반 시뮬레이션교육만 받은 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았고, 완전학습 성취에 도달하 는 학습에 필요한 시간도 유의하게 짧았다. 학습 집중률은 유의하게 높았으나, 학습몰입정도는 두 군 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 연구 결과 간호학생들은 완전학습기준을 성취하는데 다양한 시간이 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 동료피드백 디프리핑 방법은 지식의 향상과 완전학습 기준의 도달에 효과적인 방법으로 평가되었다

영문 초록

This study was aimed to develop a peer feedback debriefing methods and simulation program based on the mastery learning model, and to evaluate the effects of the program on nursing students. The data collection was done from October to November, 2012. Pretest-posttest design with a non-equivalent control group was used. 38 nursing students were recruited, 19 for the experimental group and 19 for the control group. The experimental group received peer feedback debriefing methods and nursing simulation program based on the mastery learning model, whereas only a nursing simulation program based on the mastery learning model for the control group. Data of 37 nursing students were analyzed using SPSS WIN 23.0 program. The experimental group showed significantly higher knowledge of advanced cardiac life support(ACLS) and concentration ratio of learning and shorter time needed for learning to achieve mastery learning standards compared with those in the control group. However, both experimental and control groups demonstrated no significant differences in learning flow. The results indicate that nursing students needed different amounts of training time to achieve standards of mastery learning. Peer feedback debriefing is considered as effective teaching method to improve knowledge and to achieve standards of mastery learning
