보육교사를 위한 영아 건강관리 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 Dick 과 Carey 의 체제적 교수 설계 모형을 적용하여 영아 건강관리교육프로그램을 개발한 후 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 개발된 영아 건강관리 교육프로그램은 영아 건강관찰, 건강문제, 응급처치 3영역으로 구성하였고, 교육매체로 영아건강관리 교재 및 동영상과 강의용 파워포인트 슬라이드를 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 영아 건강관리 지식, 자기효능감 측정도구를 개발하였으며, 심폐소생술 술기 능력은 대한심폐소생협회의 영아 1인 심폐소생술 술기 체크 리스트를 활용하였다. 연구의 자료 수집 기간은 2012년 3월 8부터 4월 22일까지였다. 개발된 프로그램의 효과 검증은 영아 보육교사 40명에게 3회에 걸쳐 총 9시간의 교육을 제공한 후, 영아 건강관리에 대한 지식과 자기효능 감을 교육 받지 않은 대조군 40명과 비교하였으며, 실험군의 심폐소생술 술기능력은 교육 전 후로 비교하였다. 그 결과 교육 후 실험군이 대조군에 비해 영아 건강관리에 대한 지식과, 자기효능감이 높았으며, 실험군의 심폐소생술 술기능력이 교육 후 향상되어 영아 건강관 리 교육 프로그램의 효과가 검증되었다. 따라서 보육교사를 위한 영아 건강관리 교육이 부족한 현 상황에서, 본 연구에서 개발된 영아 건강관리 교육프로그램은 추후 보육교사를 위한 영아건강관련 보수교육을 위한 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다

영문 초록

Purpose, The purpose of this study was to develop an infant health management education program, applying instructional designs based on the Dick and Carey model(2008), and to examine the effects of the education program. Methods, The infant health management education program was composed of three domains, infant health observation, infant health problems, and first aid. This program was developed didactic materials, videos, and power point slides and criterion-referenced test items which tests knowledge and self efficacy and infant CPR skill performance checklists. To evaluate the effects of the infant health management education program, 40 day care teachers participated in the infant health management education program for nine hours over three sessions. The levels of knowledge and self-efficacy on the infant health management of the experimental group were compared with 40 study participants in the control group receiving no education. CPR performance competence in the experimental group was assessed pre and post education. Results, After the application of the program, levels of both the knowledge on infant health management (t=10.87, p<.001) and self efficacy of the experimental group teachers were significantly higher than those of the control group teachers (t=6.80, p<.001). Also, the teachers in the experimental group showed statistically significant improvement in the CPR performance competence(t=-22.97, p<.001). Conclusions, The data indicated that the health management education program developed in the present study is effective in increasing knowledge and skills for infant health management.
