국문 초록

본 연구에서는 호텔 레스토랑 직원들을 대상으로 고용형태와 근무기간에 따른 심리적 주인의식 지각차이와 심리적주인의식이 조직신뢰 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 직원의 고용형태와 근무기간은 심리적 주인의식 지각에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 직원의 심리적 주인의식은 조직신뢰에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 조직시민행동의 구성요인(양심)에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직신뢰 역시 조직시민행동 구성요인(양심)에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 외식산업 활성화를 위한 인적자원관리측면의 이론적실무적 시사점과 한계점을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the impact of differences according to duration of employment forms and working as a hotel restaurant staff perceived psychological ownership and psychological ownership, organizational trust, and organizational citizenship behavior in relation As a result, the form of employment and the employee`s period of service does not have a significant impact on the perception of psychological ownership showed employees` psychological ownership, I`ve found that significant influence organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior factors (conscience) that does not significantly affect that appeared, and showed that organizational trust, organizational citizenship behavior, configuration factors (conscience) significantly affected that do not. Based on the results of this study are presented the theoretical aspects of human resource management for the food service industry enable the practical implications and limitations.
