학교상담실 상담전문가의 전문성과 직무분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 Wee클래스 전문상담사의 전문성과 직무분석에 대해 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구기간은 2018년 11월 14일부터 11월 19일까지이며, 연구대상은 전문상담사 역량강화연수에 참여한 G시 Wee클래스 전문상담사 총 89명이며 초등학교 전문상담사 29명, 중학교 전문상담사 34명, 고등학교 전문상담사 25명이다. 설문지 구성은 일반문항 6문항(성별, 연령, 경력, 학교별, 학력, 자격증)과 전문성 및 직무분석 7문항(상담, 정서행동, 위기상담, 학업중단, 학교폭력, 또래상담, 심리검사) 총 13문항이다. 연구결과, 전문상담사의 전문성에 따른 직무는 첫째, 상담 환경 구축 및 홍보이다. 둘째, 학교상담의 연간 계획을 수립하고 학생의 상담관련 수요조사와 실태분석 및 위험군 학생에 대한 상담활동 진행이다. 셋째, 상담활동 구성은 개인상담, 집단상담, 집단지도 및 교육, 심리검사와 학생, 학부모 상담주간에 이루어지는 활동이다. 넷째, 전문상담사의 연수 및 훈련과 자문교육이다. 이처럼, 전문성과 직무분석에서 살펴보았듯이 Wee클래스 전문상담사의 직무활동이 매우 방대하고 포괄적이어서 심리적 소진은 물론 직무스트레스로 인해 상담업무의 효율성이 떨어지고 있어 보다 구체적인 대안이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the professionalism and job analysis of Wee-class counselors. The period of study was from November 14, 2018 to November 19, 2018. A total of 89 G city Wee-class counselors who participated in the capacity building of professional counselors, 29 elementary school counselors, 34 middle school counselors, and high school 25 professional counselors. The questionnaire consisted of 6 general questions (by gender, age, career, school, education, qualifications) and 7 questions of professional and job analysis (counseling, emotional behavior, crisis counseling, academic discontinuation, school violence, peer counseling, psychological examination) 13 questions. As a result of this study, the first task of professional counselors is to establish and promote counseling environment. Secondly, it is to establish an annual plan for school counseling, to investigate the demand of counseling for students, to analyze the actual situation, and to conduct counseling activities for students at risk. Third, counseling activities consist of individual counseling, group counseling, group guidance and education, psychological testing, and student and parent counseling week. Fourth, training and training of professional counselors and advisory education. As discussed in the professionalism and job analysis, the job activities of the professional counselor of Wee class are very large and comprehensive, so the efficiency of counseling work is low due to psychological exhaustion and job stress.
