고등교육에서 결혼학의 구체화 방안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 가족윤리와 결혼윤리를 포함하는 결혼학의 학문적 위상을 고찰하고 결혼학의 연구주제 및 방법론을 제시하는데 있다. 또한 결혼에 대하여 체계적인 학술연구와 정책탐색을 위한 관련 대학원 설치 방안을 제안하려고 한다. 이러한 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 일반적인 학문의 개념과 그 분류체계를 고찰하고, 이러한 체계에 적합한 결혼학의 학문적 위상을 제안했다. 또한 결혼학이 다루어야 할 연구주제와 연구방법을 고찰했다. 한국은 현재 심각한 저출산, 고령화와 함께 결혼의 건수가 감소하는 등 인구문제에 당면해있다. 결혼이 사회의 기초단위인 가정의 시작이라는 측면에서 결혼의 감소는 국가적 위기로 닥쳐올 수 있기 때문에 결혼 관련 문제를 연구하고 결혼을 장려하는 정책방안 모색을 위한 전문대학원의 과목체계와 교육과정 운영 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 결혼학을 고등교육에서 구현하기 위해 과목의 위상, 연구주제, 연구방법, 대학원 교육과정 등에 대한 개략적인 방안을 제시했지만, 향후에는 미래에 발생할 결혼관련 다양한 연구주제를 발굴하고, 이를 연구하기 위해 연구방법을 다양한 학문분야에서 도출하여 조직하는 등의 후속연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the academic position of marriageology including family ethics and marriage ethics and to propose the measure to establish the special graduate school of marriageology. The researchers thoroughly reviewed the literature on the general disciplinary classification system and identified the appropriate position of the marriageology in the classification system. The researchers also proposed the research topics and methodologies of the marriageology for further academic exploration and development. The Korean society is facing serious problems of decreasing child birth and marriage. The problems would trigger a national crisis of diminishing development potential because the marriage is a basic element of a nation. Therefore, a special graduate school needs to be establish to concentrate on academic and policy research to improve the condition of marriage in Korea. This study proposed the contents of curriculum and academic affairs of the special graduate school of marriageology. This study suggested the position of the marriageology in the higher education and proposed the research topic, research methods, and graduate school curriculum for the establishment of marriageology, however, more extensive follow-up studies are required to include expected problems of marriage in the future society and systematically organize the related research methods form the various disciplines to solve the research problems.
