국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 배설요구에 대한 핵심기본간호술 역량을 측정하기 위하여 자가평가를 위한 측정도구 개발을 목적으로 시도되었다. 개발된 도구는 신뢰성과 타당성을 검정하기 위하여 죄종 도구로 개발되었으며 이를 위해 간호학과 4학년 569명을 연구대상자로 선정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구대상자는 모두 연구에 대한 설명을 사전에 듣고 연구에 참여하기로 자발적인 의사를 표현하였으며 핵심기본간호술기를 학과에서 충분히 훈련받은 4학년을 대상으로 포함하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22와 AMOS 17.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 구성타당도 검정과 수렴타당도와 판별타당도 분석을 수행하였으며 내적 일관성은 Cronbach’s 계수를 산출하여 분석하였다. 최종 개발된 도구는 총 20문항으로 단순도뇨 4문항, 유치도뇨 8문항, 배출관장 3문항, 공통 4문항으로 4개의 하위영역으로 4점 Likert 척도로 역문항은 포함되지 않았으며 점수가 높을수록 핵심기본간호술의 역량이 우수한 것으로 해석된다. 개발된 도구는 문항수가 적으면서도 높은 타당도와 신뢰도가 확보되어 간호대학생의 배설요구 핵심기본간호술 역량평가에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to develop self-rating measurement instrument to measure core fundamental nursing skills of nursing students to deal with the demand for excretion. Final instrument was developed to verify the reliability and the validity and data were collected from 569 senior nursing students. All the subjects were voluntarily participated in the research after heating an explanation of the research and included senior students, who were fully trained in the department to use core fundamental nursing skills. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 22 and AMOS 17.0 statistic program were employed. The construct validity, the convergent validity and the discriminant validity were verified and for analyzing the internal consistency, Cronbach’s coefficients were calculated. The instrument developed consists of a total of 20 questions (4 questions about Nelaton, 8 questions about Foley, 3 questions about cleansing enema and 4 common questions). Also, there are 4 sub-domains and the instrument is based on a 4-point Likert scale. No reverse questions are included in the instrument and a higher score refers to an excellent core fundamental nursing skill. It is expected that the devised instrument will help in evaluating core fundamental nursing skills of nursing students to deal with the demand for excretion by decreasing the number of questions and providing high validity and reliability.
