일학습병행 학습기업 재참여에 따른 성과 비교연구

국문 초록

일학습병행은 한국형 도제제도로, 기업현장에서 주된 훈련과정이 운영되기 때문에 학습기업이 훈련기관 역할을 하게 된다. 따라서 일학습병행 훈련과정의 효과적 운영과 제도의 질적 내실화를 위해서는 학습기업의 역할이 중요하며, 양질의 학습기업을 확보하는 것이 필요하다. 신규기업 보다는 재참여 기업이 제도에 대한 이해가 높을 것으로 예상되기 때문에 학습기업의 재참여는 일학습병행 운영에 있어 중요하게 고려할 사항이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일학습병행 재참여 기업의 만족도와 성과가 신규 학습기업과 차이를 보이는지를 분석함으로써 학습기업 재참여의 효과를 확인하고 관련 대안 필요성의 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 분석 결과, 신규참여 기업과 비교하여 재참여 기업의 일학습병행 제도에 대한 만족도와 성과가 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 일학습병행의 질적 내실화를 도모하고 안정된 제도운영을 위해서는 기존의 우수 학습기업이 지속적으로 참여할 수 있도록 하는 정책 대안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to measure whether the computing class in the liberal courses in university is effective for enhancing freshman s computational thinking capacity in terms of computational thinking. For analysis, I constructed a questionnaire for measuring the capacity of the point of computational thinking using the AP CSP evaluation criteria (13 items) and the criteria considering the curriculum of the target class (8 items). Through factor analysis, 19 items categorized into 5 factors were set.. The questionnaire is constructed to measure competency in terms of computing thinking and conducted a survey for 104 students who took computing classes. I examined whether the elements of the viewpoint of computational thinking were significantly improved after taking the class. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the four factors in the statistical significance level, except for one factor that the reliability coefficient was lower than the standard value. In other words, it has been shown that the computing class in the liberal courses has the effect of improving the capacity of element of the students viewpoint of computational thinking.
