국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사들이 인식 한 유아 기질과 교사 기질이 교사-유아 관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이었다. 연구대상으로는 서울, 경기에 소재하는 어린이집에 다니고 있는 만 4, 5세 종일반 유아 312명과 각 유아의 담임교사 56명을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0 프로그램에 의해 데이터를 분석 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 접근성, 적응성, 기분상태 및 반응성을 포함한 유아의 기질이 교사-유아 관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 기질의 하위요인인 활동 수준, 접근 방식, 융통성, 기분, 규칙성 및 주의집중이 교사-유아 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 교육기관에서 교사-유아 관계에 영향을 미치는 유아와 교사의 전반적인 기질요인을 알고, 조화로운 관계를 이룰 수 있도록 돕기 위해 유아, 교사의 기질적 차원이 관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 이해도를 높이고 교육적 효과를 높여 긍정적인 관계를 형성 하고 연계성 있는 상호작용을 한다면 바람직한 교육의 효과를 기대 할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of child s temperament and teacher s temperament, which were perceived by teachers, on teachers-child relationship. Participants were 312 Children aged 4 or 5 and 56 homeroom teachers, from child care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Data was analysed by SPSS 18.0 program. Results indicated that First, child s temperament including approach, adaptability, quality of mood and responsiveness, showed significant effects on teacher-child relationships. Second, teachers temperament, including activity level, approach, flexibility, mood, regularity and attention, affected teacher-child relationships. The results of this study were designed to understand the general temperament factors of infants and teachers influencing the teacher-child relationship in educational institutions, In order to help them achieve harmonious relationships Increased understanding and relevance of education related to early teacher-child relationship If you build a positive relationship and interact with each other, you can expect the effects of good education.
