온라인 육아커뮤니티에 나타난 미세먼지 담론형성에 대한 비판적 분석 : 페어클로(Fairclugh)의 비판적 담론분석을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 육아정보 커뮤니티를 중심으로 형성된 미세먼지 담론의 형성과정과 찾아내는데 있다. 이를 위해 공신력 있는 온라인 육아정보 커뮤니티를 선정하여 자료 수집을 진행하였고, Fairclough의 비판적 담론분석방법(Critical Discourse Analysis)을 적용해서 육아정보 커뮤니티 내 미세먼지 관련 게시물과 댓글을 통해 담론형성 과정과 미세먼지의 표면적 의미, 사회적적 의미, 사회문화적 실천의 함의들을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 미세먼지 담론의 표면적 의미는 정부의 미세먼지 정책과 예보에 대한 불신, 질환이나 질병의 공포감·불안감이 대중매체를 통해 미세먼지 담론으로 형성되었고, 커뮤니티를 통해 타인의 경험을 소비함으로써 미세먼지 담론이 확산 및 재생산 되었다. 둘째, 미세먼지 담론의 사회적 의미는 대중매체나 미세먼지관련 제품 판매업체들이 만들어내는 미세먼지 공포의 이미지나 발화자의 주관적 견해 및 경험을 공유되면서 바깥활동이나 야외학습에 대한 부정적인 인식이 조성되면서 미세먼지에 대한 담론이 확산 및 재생산된다. 셋째, 사회문화적 맥락에서의 실천적 함의로는 실효성 있는 미세먼지 방지대책, 개인의 미세먼지 저감을 위한 실천적 노력, 학교 및 지역사회에서 미세먼지 교육에 대한 실천적 함의를 발견했다. 본 연구의 의의는 최근 육아정보 커뮤니티 내에서 미세먼지에 관한 사회적 문제점이나 미세먼지 담론의 형성과정을 통해 미세먼지에 관한 사회적 관심과 사회적, 제도적 해결방안을 도움을 주고자 함이다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find and form the fine dust discourse formed around the online parenting information community. To this end, we selected a trusted online parenting information community to collect data and applied Fairclough s Critical Discourse Analysis to examine the process of discourse formation and the implications of fine dust s surface meaning, social meaning and social cultural practice through postings and comments related to fine dust in the parenting information community. According to the analysis results, the surface meaning of fine dust discourse was formed by distrust of the government s fine dust policy and prediction, fear and anxiety of disease and disease through mass media, and by consuming other people s experiences through the community, fine dust discourse spread and reproduced. Second, the social meaning of fine dust discourse is shared by the image of fine dust scare created by mass media or fine dust-related product vendors, and the subjective views and experiences of the igniters, creating a negative perception of outside activities or outdoor learning, which spreads and reproduces discourse on fine dust. Third, practical implications in the social and cultural context have found effective measures to prevent fine dust, practical efforts to reduce fine dust by individuals, and practical implications for fine dust education in schools and communities. The purpose of this study is to help with social interest in fine dust and social and institutional solutions through social problems regarding fine dust or the formation of fine dust discourse within the parenting information community.
