국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 교수창의성이 유아또래놀이 상호작용에 영향을 미칠 때 놀이중심교육과정 실천역량의 매개효과는 어떠한지 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 방법 S시, G도, K시 유아교사 73명, 남녀유아 356명을 대상으로 유아의 또래놀이 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 유아교사변인을 측정하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 PASW 24.0과 AMOS 24.0을 활용해 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 결과 연구문제에 따른 결과를 확인한 결과, 첫째, 유아교사의 교수창의성과 유아교사 놀이중심교육과정 실천역량 그리고 유아의 또래놀이상호작용 간 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수창의성이 유아의 또래놀이상호작용에 영향을 미칠 때 유아교사 놀이중심교육과정 실천역량의 매개효과는 의미 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 유아의 또래놀이상호작용에 영향을 미치는 변인인 유아교사의 놀이중심교육과정 실천역량이 유아교사의 교수창의성과 함께 높은 수준을 유지할 때 그 영향력이 더 증가하고 있으므로 교수창의성과 놀이중심교육과정 실천역량의 수준을 함께 높일 수 있는 교사교육 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of play-centered curriculum implementation competency when the teaching creativity of early childhood teachers influences the interaction between children and peers in play. Methods A survey was conducted on 73 early childhood teachers and 356 male and female children in S City, G Province, and K City to identify the early childhood teacher variables that affect the peer play interaction of young children. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with PASW 24.0 and AMOS 18.0. Results As a result of confirming the results according to the research questions, first, there was a significant positive correlation between the teaching creativity of early childhood teachers, the play-centered curriculum implementation competency of early childhood teachers, and the peer play interaction of young children. Second, the mediating effect of the play-centered curriculum implementation competency of early childhood teachers in the relationship between the teaching creativity of early childhood teachers and the peer play interaction of young children was confirmed to be significant. Conclusions The influence of the play-centered curriculum implementation competency of early childhood teachers, which is a variable affecting the peer play interaction of young children, increases further when the teaching creativity of early childhood teachers is maintained at a high level, suggesting that a teacher education program that can raise the level of both teaching creativity and the play-centered curriculum implementation competency is needed.
