유아의 신체활동태도가 유아의 리더십에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 유아의 신체활동태도가 리더십에 미치는 영향에서 유아 놀이성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구는 G광역시에 소재한 유치원에 재원 중인 만 4, 5세 유아 214명을 대상으로 유아의 신체활동태도, 놀이성. 그리고 리더십을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Pearson의 상관분석과 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였으며, Sobel test를 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 각 변인의 측정치에 대한 왜도 및 첨도를 살펴본 결과 각 측정치 분포의 정규성이 확인되었으며, 유아의 신체활동태도, 리더십, 그리고 놀이성 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 신체활동태도는 놀이성을 완전매개하여 리더십에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과 유아의 놀이성은 신체활동태도가 리더십에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 주요변인으로 나타났다. 이는 신체활동에 대한 정서와 태도의 긍정적인 변화를 통해 유아의 놀이성을 증진시킬 수 있으며 유아의 놀이성은 유아의 신체활동태도와 리더십 간에 매개역할을 하여 리더십을 증진시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of young children’s playfulness on the effects of their attitude toward physical activity on the leadership. Methods For this study, 214 four and five-year-old young children enrolled in kindergartens located at G city were participated. The young children’s attitude toward physical activity, leadership, playfulness were evaluated by their teachers. The Pearson correlation analysis and Baron and Kenny’s three-step mediated regression analysis on the data collected were conducted by using SPSS WIN 18.0 and then, the Sobel test of them was implemented. Results First, measured values of the variables showed normal distributions and there were significant correlational relationships among young children’s attitude toward physical activity, leadership, playfulness . Second, the effect of young children’s attitude toward physical activity on their leadership was mediated by the playfulness. Conclusions Young children’s playfulness wars a mediating factor in the relationship between their attitude to physical activity and leadership. The results of this study suggests that it is possible to enhance young children’s leadership through positive change of attitude toward physical activity and their playfulness.
