국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 거부민감성과 우울의 관계에서 자기침묵과 분노반추의 이중매개효과를 검증하고, 이를 통해 거부민감성과 우울 간의 중간기제를 이해하기 위해 진행되었다. 방법 전국 대학생 300명을 대상으로 2020년 4월부터 6월까지 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, 결측치를 제외한 277명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 거부민감성 척도, 자기침묵 척도, 분노반추 척도, 우울 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 거부민감성은 자기침묵과 분노반추, 우울과 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 또한 자기침묵은 분노반추와 우울과 유의한 정적상관을, 분노반추도 우울과 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 우울과의 관계에서 자기침묵과 분노반추는 각각 완전매개 하였다. 셋째, 거부민감성과 우울과의 관계에서 자기침묵과 분노반추가 이중매개 하였다. 결론 본 연구결과는 거부민감성이 높고 우울을 경험하는 대학생들을 교육하고 상담하는데 있어, 이들의 자기침묵행동패턴을 수정하고, 분노반추 사고 수준을 감소시키는 개입이 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to verify the double-mediated effect of self-silent and anger reflection in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and depression in college students, and to understand the intermediate mechanism between rejection sensitivity and depression. Methods An online survey of 300 university students nationwide was conducted from April to June 2020, and 277 data excluding missing figures were used for analysis. Data were collected using the Rejection Sensitivity Scale, the Self-Silence Scale, the Anger Ruminum Scale, and the Depression Scale. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation and structural equations. Results First, rejection sensitivity showed significant static correlation with self-silence, anger reflection, depression. In addition, self-silent reflection and depression showed significant static correlation, and anger reflection showed significant static correlation with depression. Second, self-silence and anger reflection were completely mediated in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and depression. Third, self-silence and anger were double mediated in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and depression. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that intervention in educating and consulting university students who are highly rejection sensitivityand experience depression may be effective in modifying their self-silent behavior patterns and reducing the level of anger reflection thinking.
