국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 미래 적응력 강화를 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 미래학 연구방법과 디자인씽킹 방법을 연계하여 퓨처디자인씽킹 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 방법 사례·문헌 분석을 통하여 교육 프로그램 초안을 마련한 후, 전문가 11인의 검토를 거쳐 프로그램의 타당성을 검토하였다. D 대학교 교양 교과목을 수강한 53명의 학습자를 대상으로 프로그램을 적용하였으며, 미래적응력 변화(사전-사후) 수준과 학습자 면담을 통하여 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하였다. 결과 최종적으로 완성한 교육 프로그램은 미래 읽기-미래 상상-미래 혁신의 세 단계로 구성되며, 각 단계는 4개 활동을 포함한다. 효과성 분석 결과, 미래적응력 특히 새로운 의미 생성력, 실천력, 사회개조력에서 통계적으로 유의한 변화가 발견되었다. 결론 개발된 교육 프로그램이 학습자들의 미래적응력 향상을 돕고, 미래를 읽고 성찰하는 역량, 진로개척 역량, 창의적 문제해결 역량 등에 긍정적으로 기여함을 확인하였다. 이는 미래적응력 증진을 위한 프로그램으로서의 실효성과 효과성을 입증한다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, Futures Design Thinking education programs were developed in mix with future research methods and design thinking to develop educational programs for Adaptability on the future. Methods After developing an educational program based on the results of case and literature analysis, the program was validated and supplemented through a review of related experts. The program was applied to 53 learners who took liberal arts courses at D University, and the effectiveness of the program was confirmed through future adaptability change (pre-post) levels and learner interviews. Results The finally Futures Design Thinking training program consists of three stages: Futures Reading-Futures Imagination-Futures Innovation, each of which includes four activities. As a result of the study, statistically significant changes were confirmed in the ability to adapt to the future, especially in the ability to generate new meanings, practice, and social reform. Conclusions It was confirmed that the developed educational program helps learners improve their future adaptability, positively contributes to their ability to read and reflect on the future, their career development capabilities, and their creative problem solving capabilities. This demonstrates its applicability and effectiveness as a program to enhance Adaptability on the future.
