대학생의 코칭역량이 진로태도 성숙도에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 코칭역량이 진로태도성숙도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 자아존중감이 어떻게 매개역할을 하는지 분석해보았다 방법 이를 위하여 2019년 6월부터 2020년 12월까지 1년 6개월 동안 S, Y 평생교육원에서 코칭이나 교육을 받은 대학생 241명의 설문내용을 분석에 활용하였다. 코칭역량과 진로태도성숙도의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감과 자아존중감의 매개효과에 대한 분석을 위해 구조방정식 모형 분석을, 그리고 부트스트래핑 분석을 통해 매개효과 유의성 검증을 하였다. 결과 도출된 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 코칭역량, 진로태도성숙도, 진로결정 자기효능감의, 자아존중감 하위요인 간에는 대체로 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 코칭역량과 진로태도성숙도의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감, 자아존중감이 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이상의 결과들을 바탕으로 코칭역량이 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 진로태도성숙도에 통계적으로 유의미함을 확인하였고, 진로결정 자기효능감과 자아존중감 요소가 진로상담에 더욱 더 활용될 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of college students coaching capabilities on career attitude maturity and analyze how career-determining self-effectiveness and self-respect play a medium role. Methods To achieve this goal, the survey of 241 college students who received counseling or education at the S and Y Lifelong Education Centers was used for analysis for a year and a half from June, 2019 to December 2020. In the relationship between coaching competence and career attitude maturity, structural model analysis and bootstrapping analysis were used to verify the significance of the intermediate effect of career decision self-effectiveness and self-esteem. Results The main findings derived are as follows. First, there was generally a static correlation between coaching competencies, career attitude maturity, career decision self-effectiveness, and self-respect subfactors. Second, career decision self-effectiveness and self-respect in the relationship between coaching capabilities and career attitude maturity were found to have a partial mediating effect. Conclusions Based on the results above, it was confirmed that coaching capabilities were statistically significant for college students career-determining self-effectiveness, self-respect, and career attitude maturity, and that career-determining self-effectiveness and self-respect factors needed to be more used for career counseling.
