성인장애인의 음악교육 활동에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 수도권 경기지역 평생학습학교의 음악프로그램에 참여하는 성인장애인의 참여현황 및 향후 음악프로그램 운영 요구를 살펴보고 수업과 관련된 교육관계자의 인식 양상을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 교육에 참여한 성인장애인 남녀학습자 23명으로서 SPSS 23.0 program으로 빈도분석을 하였으며, 음악프로그램 관련 교육관계자와 심층면담을 시행하였다. 분석의 결과, 첫째, 성인장애인의 음악프로그램 참여 현황에서 음악학습 참여 시 가장 선호하는지원 사항은 가족의 지지였으며, 참여 목적은 자기계발이 가장 많았다. 음악학습의 참여 장애요인으로는 시간부족이 가장 큰 문제점이었고, 가장 선호하는 음악프로그램 유형은 신나고 기분이좋은 음악이었으며, 교강사의 수업 계획성 및 만족감 정도는 보통이라는 인식이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 성인장애인의 음악프로그램 운영 요구에서 가장 희망하는 음악교육 횟수는 1주일에 3회정도이며, 음악학습 시간대는 대다수가 평일 저녁 시간대를 선호하였다. 향후 가장 배우고 싶은음악프로그램 유형은 실용음악이었으며, 음악프로그램 활성화를 위한 요구에서는 교육비 예산지원 확대가 가장 많았다. 코로나시기 지속에 대비한 음악프로그램의 운영 형태에서는 비대면온라인 음악수업이, 교육 활성화를 위한 요구에서는 비실시간 음악실습 수업 동영상 지원이, 비대면 음악프로그램 운영 지원 요구에서는 음악실습 수업 준비 비용에 대한 요구가 가장 많았다. 비대면 음악학습 참여 시 문제점으로는 신체적 측면과 사회적 관계 측면이 높게 나타났으며, 지원인력으로는 음악프로그램 현장 전문가를 가장 필요로 하였다. 셋째, 교육관계자와의 심층면담분석의 결과, 음악 곡 레퍼토리의 반복적 학습효과 및 프로그램 연계방식의 효율성 인식, 온라인음악학습 실행의 어려움과 한계점 인식, 행정인력 충원 및 가족지지의 부담감 확대 인식, SNS를통한 소통 및 비대면 상담 확장의 중요성 인식 등의 주제로 범주화되어 도출되었다.

영문 초록

This study examines the participation status of adults with disabilities in music programs in lifelong learning schools in the Gyeonggi area of the metropolitan in domestic and understand the demands for future music programs to be operated, and to understand the perceptions phenomenon of educational personnel related to class. This study conducted a frequency analysis of 23 male and female adult learners with disabilities using the SPSS 23.0 program, and in-depth interviews with educational personnel of music programs. It was found, first, that family support was the most preferred support when participating in music learning, and self-development was the most common purpose of participation. Additionally, lack of time was the greatest obstacle to participation in music learning, the most preferred type of program involved exciting and pleasing music, and the teacher s class planning and satisfaction were the most recognized as average level. Second, the most preferred frequency of lessons was three times a week, and the most preferred time was evening hours on weekdays. The program that adults with disabilities wanted to learn the most in the future was practical music, and the demand for revitalization of music programs entailed the largest portion of expansion of budget support for education expenses. Online music classes provided during the quarantine period, non-real-time music practice videos prepared for the music programs’ classes, and the cost spent for preparing music training classes for support requests for online music programs were the most in-demand. When participating in online music learning, the physical aspect and social relationship aspect was the greatest problem, and music program field experts were most needed as support personnel. Third, in-depth interviews with educational personnel indicated that the repetitive learning of the musical repertoire and the effectiveness of the program linkage method, recognition of the difficulties and limitations of online music learning implementation, and recognition of the increased burden of hiring administrative personnel and supporting family members, were identified and categorized to determine important themes such as recognition of the importance of expanding communication and non-face-to-face counseling through SNS.
