대학생의 학습전략이 학업적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생들의 학업적응에 영향을 미치는 학습전략 유형이 무엇인지 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 K대학의 재학생 708명이며 학습전략과 학업적응 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 각 요인에 대해 성별, 학년, 전공계열별 차이 검증을 위해 t검증과 ANOVA를 실시하였고, 학습전략이 학업적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 학업적응에 영향을 미치는 학습전략의 하위요인은 무엇인지 확인하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 학년에 따른 학습전략과 학업적응은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 학습전략은 학업적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 학업적응을 설명하는 학습전략의 하위요인은 시험전략, 시간관리, 노트필기 순으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 대학생들의 학습전략 향상을 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify sub-factors of learning strategies that influence the academic adjustment of college students. For the study, learning strategies and academic adjustment data of 708 K university students were collected. T-test and ANOVA were performed to verify the difference by gender, grade, and major field, and regression analysis was performed to identify sub-factors of learning strategies that have a significant influence on academic adjustment. The core research results are as follows: First, there was no significant difference in learning strategies and academic adjustment according to grades. Second, it was verified that the learning strategies has an effect on academic adjustment. Third, the sub-factors of the learning strategies explaining academic adjustment were in the order of test strategy, time management, and note-taking. Based on the research results, the improvement of the learning strategies of college students was discussed.
