국문 초록

현대사회로 넘어오면서 개인주의, 핵가족화, 기계화로 인해 효의 윤리적인 의미와 가치가 등한시 됨에 따라 효 문화 증진을 위해 상호 관계적, 회복적 개념으로서의 효에 대한 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 현대사회의 여러 가지 변화와 윤리의식의 위기 속에서도 변하지 않는 가족관계와 세대관계의 통합성과 정체성을 풀어나가야 하는 것이 현 시대에서 효의 문화 증진을 위한 과업이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효의 본질, 효 개념과 효 문화의 필요성을 고찰하였다. 그리고 가족 상호관계의 체계로서의 효에 대한 개념을 바탕으로 가족이 가지는 해체의 위기와 어려움에 대해 가족치료 이론과 가족 탄력성 개념을 적용하여 상호 관계적 효의 회복적 요인으로 가족의 가치 회복, 가족 통합성 회복, 소통의 회복을 찾아보고 효문화 증진을 위한 실천 방안을 모색하였다. 가족이라는 상호 관계적 개념과 치료적 탐색은 효의 통합성과 정체성의 개념을 가져다주고 효의 실천적인 면에서 의미가 있다. 가족의 가치 회복, 가족 통합성 회복, 소통의 회복은 현대 가정의 위기에도 불구하고 오히려 가족 기능을 활성화시킴으로써 이를 통해 세대 간의 통합, 상호 관계적 의미의 효 문화 구현에 영향을 미치게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

With the transition to modern society, the ethical meaning and value of HYO have been neglected due to individualism, changes in the nuclear family, and mechanization, while the need for HYO as the concept of interrelationship and resilience in a practical sense has been emphasized. It is the task of modern HYO culture to solve the integration and identity of family relationships and generational relationships that remain the same even in the face of various changes and ethical consciousness crisis of modern society. Therefore, this study considers the nature of HYO and the necessity of practical HYO, and examines the modern and practical meaning of HYO. In addition, based on the concept of HYO as a system of family interrelationship, the family therapy theory and the concept of family resilience have been applied to the crisis and difficulties of deconstruction in the family to find resilient factors of mutual HYO and ways to implement them. The search for the interrelationship and resilience concept of family bring the integrity and identity concept of HYO, and it is meaningful in the practical aspect of HYO. The restoration of family values, healthy cohesion, and adaptation, as well as the restoration of communication, will affect the realization of the HYO culture in the meaning of integrity and interrelationship between generations through activating family functions, despite the outside crises.
