국문 초록

본 연구에서는 이주여성을 위한 뷰티문화융합 교육을 현장에 적용함으로써 이에 도출된 결과를 분석하여 뷰티문화융합 교육의 실현가능성을 검증하였다. 이에 본 연구자는 이주여성의 심리적 안녕감 증진을 위한 뷰티융합문화교육을 운영하였으며 이를 통해 이주여성의 행복감과 안녕감의 감정정화를 돕고자 하였다. 연구의 방법은 이론적 배경을 통하여 디아스포라 여성의 심리적 특성과 학습특성을 파악하였으며 심리적 안녕감과 구성요인을 고찰하였다. 또한 이주여성 대상의 수요조사를 실시하여 현장에서 필요로 하는 실질적 교육활동 내용을 도출 하였다. 따라서 뷰티의 영역을 바탕으로 도출된 뷰티문화융합 교육은 이주여성의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키고 이들의 슬픔이나 부정적 감정의 극복과 회복할 수 있는 마음자세를 취하게 함에 긍정적 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 치유적인 관점으로의 뷰티행동을 활용한 문화융합교육 개발에 기초적 자료로 활용됨에 의의가 있으며 향후 열린사회시대의 새로운 융합치유 프로그램 도출에 있어 뷰티 영역의 메이크업, 헤어, 네일, 피부, 이미지 메이킹 등 세분화, 전문화된 개별적 뷰티영역과 문화교육의 융합으로의 심화연구를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In this study, the results of the application of beauty culture convergence education for migrant women were analyzed to verify the feasibility of beauty culture convergence education. The researcher implemented beauty convergence culture education to promote psychological well-being among migrant women. Based on the theoretical background, the research method identified psychological and learning characteristics among women in the diaspora, examining psychological well-being and its components. In addition, a demand survey was conducted on migrant women to determine the actual educational activities that are needed at the site. This study has confirmed that beauty culture convergence education, which is derived from the general area of beauty, had a positive effect, leading to a significant improvement in migrant women’s psychological well-being, especially considering that a positive mental attitude is required to overcome and recover from the sadness and other negative emotions that migrant women face. This is meaningful because it can be used as basic material for the development of cultural convergence education, in particular, the application of beauty behavior to healing. In the future, in order to create new convergence healing programs, we look forward to further studies on the convergence of specialized individual beauty areas and cultural education, including makeup, hair, nail, skin, and image making.
