예비 유아교사의 인성 교육을 위한 미디어 콘텐츠 활용 방안 연구

국문 초록

최근 사회의 변화에 따라 유아교육 · 보육기관을 이용하는 영유아들의 연령이 더욱 낮아지고 있다. 이에 따라 유아교육 · 보육기관의 인성 교육적 역할 비중이 강조되며 인성 교육자로서의 교사의 역할과 자질에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 유아교사의 인성 함양은 예비 유아교사 시기에 경험한 교육과정이 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아교사 시기의 인성 교육에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 미디어 콘텐츠를 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 예비 유아교사를 대상으로 한 인성 교육과 미디어 콘텐츠를 연계한 융합적인 수업방안을 마련해 보았다. 먼저 예비 유아교사 인성 교육을 위한 미디어 콘텐츠 활용방안 연구를 위해 선행연구들을 고찰하여 명시하였고 예비 유아교사를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이에 따라 기준에 적합한 미디어 콘텐츠를 선정한 후, 전문가 협의를 통해 최종 활용 방안을 구성하였다. 최종 마련된 활용 방안을 요약하면 미디어 콘텐츠 시청하기, 미디어 콘텐츠에 나타난 인성요소 탐색하기, 인성요소 마주하기, 실천하기 · 반성하기 4단계의 교수 학습 단계이다. 이러한 활용 방안은 학습자의 주의 집중, 흥미 유발뿐만 아니라 미디어 콘텐츠와 관련된 여러 가지 활동들을 통해 미디어 콘텐츠가 담고 있는 인성 요소와 교훈에 대해 지속적으로 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 예비 유아교사 교육의 중요성, 인성 교육의 필요성에 대해 주지하고 이를 4차 산업시대에 각광받고 있는 교수 매체인 미디어 콘텐츠와 융합하여 활용 방안을 마련하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The age of infants and young children who use early childhood education and childcare facilities is becoming younger because of changes in society. This has placed an emphasis on the importance of the character education roles of early childhood education and childcare institutions, and the role of teachers as personality educators has increased. Thus, the training of early childhood teachers has become tremendously important. Therefore, this study aimed to recognize the importance of personality education in pre- early-childhood education and find ways to utilize media content effectively. To this end, we searched for a convergent teaching method that links pre-service early childhood teachers with media content. First, preliminary studies for pre-kindergarten teacher education programs were reviewed and the interviews were conducted for pre-school teachers. After selecting appropriate media content, a final utilization plan was developed through expert consultation. This plan can be summarized as follows: learn the media content, explore the human factors in the media content, find ways to improve abilities related to these human factors and finally apply in practice. This method can be used continuously for the personality factors and lessons contained in media content through various activities related to it, as well as to grab the attention and interest of the learners. Through this study we aimed to understand the importance of pre-service teacher education and the necessity of personality education, and how its fusion with media content is meaningful, as media content is a prominent medium in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and has paved the way for an efficient utilization plan.
