예비유아교사의 인권의식, 다문화 수용성, 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 인권의식, 다문화 수용성, 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해서 예비조사와 본조사로 구분하여 진행하였고, 예비조사에서는 연구도구의 신뢰도와 적절성 검토, 검사도구의 소용시간, 용어의 어려움 등을 진행하였다. 본 조사는 2019년 3월 15 일부터 4월 15일까지 전라남도 지역에 위치한 3, 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 유아교육 및 보육과 152명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 첫째, 설문 문항에 대한 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach  계수를 산출하였다. 둘째, 예비 유아교사의 인권의식, 다문화 수용성, 다문화 교수 효능감 및 다문화 교육역량 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 인권의식, 다문화 수용성, 다문화 교수효능감이 다문화 교육역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 다문화 교육역량과 다문화 교수효능감, 인권의식간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 그러나 다문화 인식은 다문화 수용성의 다양성과 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 교육역량에 다문화 교수효능감과 인권의식이 유의미한 정적 예측변인으로 나타 났다. 이때 다문화 교수효능감이 가장 높은 변인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore if there is an impact on students who are preparing to become young children teachers, and their human tights awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural teaching efficacy would affect multicultural education competency. For the study, preliminary research and actual survey were progressed. In the preliminary research, the reliability research tools and adequacy review, time use of inspection tools, and difficulty in terms were processed. The survey target was one hundred fifty-two students who majored in Early Childhood Education and Child Care Education were attending three and four year college located in Jeollanam-do from March 15th, 2019 to April 15th, 2019. First, Cronbach Coefficient was calculated to test reliability of the survey questionnaires for collected materials. Pearson s Ratio Correlation Analysis second, was applied to perceive relationship of preparing Early Childhood Education teacher’s human tights awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural teaching efficacy and multicultural education competency. Third, multiple Regression Analysis was conducted to observe if there were any impacts on multicultural education competency of preparing Early Childhood Education teachers’ human tights awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural teaching efficacy. The result of the study first of all is that there was significant static correlation in between multicultural education competency, full multicultural teaching efficacy, and human tights awareness. However, the multicultural awareness turned out negative correlation in diversity of multicultural acceptability. Second, the multicultural teaching efficacy and the human tights awareness showed significant static correlation as statistical predictors. At this time, the multicultural teaching efficacy was the highest variable.
