대학생의 사회불안과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 정서인식명확성으로 조절된 대인관계 유능성의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 사회불안과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 대인관계 유능성이 매개하는지 살펴보고, 그 경로에서 정서인식명확성의 역할을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 J 지역 대학생 400명을 대상으로 주관적 안녕감 척도, 사회불안 척도, 대인 관계 유능성 척도, 정서인식명확성 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였고, 이 중 유효한 362명의 응답 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경로 분석을 통해서 매개 효과를 검토한 결과, 사회불안은 주관적 안녕감에 직접 영향을 주기도 하며, 대인관계 유능성을 매개로 하여 주관적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였 다. 둘째, 조절된 매개효과 검증 결과 사회불안과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 대인관계 유능성이 부분 매개하며, 이때 사회불안과 대인관계 유능성의 관계를 정서인식명 확성이 조절하는 것으로 나타나 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 사회 불안을 경험하는 대학생의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 효과적인 상담개입전략을 세우는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있음을 시사하며 본 연구가 가지는 시사점과 후속연구에 관한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine whether Interpersonal Competence is Mediated by the Relationship Between Social Anxiety and Subjective Well-Being in college students and to identify the role of Emotional perception Clarity in the path. For this purpose, the questionnaire was administered to 400 college students in J zone using the Subjective Well-Being and Social Anxiety and, Interpersonal Competence scale, and Emotion Recognition Clarity scale. Respectively. First, we found that Social Anxiety directly influences Subjective Well-Being and indirectly influences Subjective WellBeing through Interpersonal Competence. Second, as a result of the controlled mediation effect, Emotional perception Clarity is controlled by the relationship between Social Anxiety and Subjective Well-Being, and the relationship between Social Anxiety and Interpersonal Competence is controlled by the mediation effect. This study suggests that this study can be used as a basic data for establishing an effective counseling intervention strategy to improve the quality of life of university students experiencing Social Anxiety. The implications of this study and suggestions for follow up study were discussed.
