국문 초록

본 연구는 지속가능한 혁신교육 확산을 위해 혁신학교 학교장에게 필요한 역량이 무엇인지 도출하고, Borich 요구도 조사를 통해 우선순위를 분석하기 위해서 수행되 었다. 연구결과 혁신학교장들은 마을공동체 네트워킹 협업능력, 혁신적 조직 관리 능력, 혁신교육 철학 순으로 필요하다고 보았고, 혁신학교 교사들은 학교장에게 필요한 역량으로 민주적 리더십, 공감적 소통능력, 혁신교육 철학이 필요하다고 나타 났다. 이러한 결과는 최근 학교의 울타리를 넘어 마을과 학교의 협력 관계가 강조되는 측면에서 학교장들은 마을과의 네트워킹 협업능력이 가장 필요하며, 학교조직 전체적인 관점에서 조직관리 역량과 혁신교육철학이 필요한 것으로 나타난 것이다. 혁신학교 교사들 또한 혁신학교의 운영에 있어 전통적인 권위적인 학교장 리더십이 아닌 소통과 공감을 바탕으로 민주적인 운영을 원하는 것을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 학교장의 혁신교육 철학 역시 교사들의 혁신 동력을 유지하는 중요한 역량 으로 여겨진 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out what competencies are needed for the innovation school principals to disseminate sustainable innovation education. The results of this study are as follows: Innovative school principals felt that they need community collaboration networking ability, innovative organizational management ability, and innovation education philosophy. On the other hand, innovation school teachers make much of that they need democratic leadership, empathic communication ability, innovation education philosophy. These results show that the most important thing is networking cooperation ability with the village in terms of emphasizing the cooperation relationship between the village and the school beyond the school fence, and the organizational management capacity and innovation education philosophy are also needed from the viewpoint of the whole school organization. Innovative school teachers also want to run school democratically based on communication and empathy rather than traditional and authoritative way which empathize the principals leadership. It seems to be considered that the principals innovation education philosophy is important in maintaining the innovative power of teachers.
