국문 초록

본 연구는 유아기 자녀 어머니의 행복플로리시척도를 통하여 프로파일 구조를 중심으로 어머니의 행복에 관한 보다 심층적 정보를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만 0세부터 만 5세까지 영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 347명을 대상으로 2019년 3 월부터 4월에 걸쳐 자료를 수집 회수하였다. 수집된 자료는 다차원척도 분석, 프로파일 분석을 실시하였고, 분석 결과는 첫째, 어머니의 행복플로리시척도에 따른 차원구 조는 3차원 모형으로 개인 심리-어머니역할 관계 차원(x차원), 사회적 지지-환경맥락 차원(y차원), 가정 내 관계-사회적 관계 차원(z차원)으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 어머 니의 행복플로리시 잠재 프로파일 집단은 척도내 개인 양육 관계 환경 범주요인을 중심으로 상 중 하 수준의 3집단으로 드러났다. 이는 유아기 자녀 어머니의 행복플로리시척도 활용으로 행복개념의 체계적 접근을 통하여 유아기 어머니 행복 지원의 방향 제시 및 실증적 탐색에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to provide more in-depth information about mother s happiness by analyzing the structure of factors in flourishing for a mother with young children. To achieve this goal, this study measured the flourishing of 347 mothers having at least one child aged 0 to 5. The collected data were analyzed by multi-dimensional scaling analysis using SPSS program and latent profile anaysis using Mplus program. As a result, the dimension structure according to the mother s flourishing scale was most suitable for the three-dimensional model based on STRESS values and RSQ values. The three-dimensional structure was the individual psychology and maternal role factor(x dimension), the social support and environment situation(y dimension), and the family relationship and social relationship (z dimension). And the latent potential profile groups based on the mother s flourishing factor turned out to be the three groups of the flourishing is divided into the upper , middle, and lower levels, with the focus on the personal traits, childrearing, interpersonal relations and environmental contexts categories. Based on these results, it is meaningful to suggest a direction of support for mother s happiness according to the structure of the element of flourishing in early childhood mothers.
