국문 초록

본 연구는 직장 초년생을 대상으로 대인관계능력, 자기효능감 및 직장생활만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 경북 K시에 소재한 기업에 취직해 처음으로 직장생활을 시작하는 직장인 245명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2019년 4월 15 일부터 19일까지 한 주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 및 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 직장 초년생들이 인식한 대인관계능력, 자기효능감, 직장생활만족도 간의 구조적 관계 모형의 적합성은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대인관계능력과 직장생활 만족도 관계에서 일반적 및 사회적 자기효능감 변인의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 직장생활을 처음 시작하는 직장인들이 직장생활에 적응하고 만족감을 높이는데 대인관계능력과 자기효능감은 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 핵심역량으로서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 기업 차원에서 개발 및 적용하는 방안을 적극적으로 검토해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

For the purpose of analyzing the structural relationships of interpersonal ability, self-efficacy, and work life satisfaction targeting novices at work, this study performed a survey from April 15th to 19th 2019 after selecting total 245 office workers who just started their work life in companies located in K city of Gyeongbuk as the research subjects. The collected survey data was analyzed by using the SPSS & AMOS Program, and the results of this study were drawn as follows. First, the goodness-of-fit of the structural relationship model of interpersonal ability, self-efficacy, and work life satisfaction perceived by novices at work was significant. Second, the partial-mediating effects of general/social self-efficacy on the relationship between interpersonal ability and work life satisfaction were significant. As the interpersonal ability and self-efficacy play very important roles in the adaptation to work life and the increase of satisfaction of novices at work, it would be necessary to actively review the measures for developing/applying diverse programs that could strengthen the interpersonal ability and self-efficacy as core competencies in the corporate level.
