예비보육교사의 자아탐색과 진로설계 수업경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구: 학습 포트폴리오 기반 수업을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 학습 포트폴리오 기반 수업을 중심으로 실시한 자아탐색과 진로설계 수업을 통해 학습자 중심의 교육환경을 제공하고 이에 대한 예비보육교사의 수업 경험과 의미는 무엇인지 내러티브 탐구를 통해 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구는 예비보육 교사 28명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 학습포트폴리오를 기반으로 한 수업활동을 구성하고 적용하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 2018년 3월에서 6월까지 15주에 걸쳐서 포트 폴리오, 심층면담, 반성적 사고 일지를 바탕으로 수집되었다. 학습 포트폴리오의 결과물은 수업 과정중 학생들의 자아탐색과 진로설계에 대한 경험과 사고의 변화를 탐색하기 위하여 수집하였고 깊이있는 정보와 자료를 수집하기 위하여 반성적 사고 일지와 심층면담을 실시한 후 내러티브 탐구를 통해 질적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들은 피드백을 통해 자기 자신에 대해 구체적으로 들여다보고 자신의 자존감을 높이는 시간, 진로설계에 대해 실제적으로 고민하는 시간, 자기 관리를 위한 방법적 역량을 키우는 시간을 경험하였다. 이를 통해 보육교사의 직업적 특성과 역할에 대해 구체적으로 알아보고 이해하는 계기가 되었으며 나아가 향후 효과적인 보육교사 교육 체계 구축에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide a learner - centered educational environment through self - exploration and career - design lesson based on learning portfolio -based instruction, and to clarify the meaning and experiences of pre - childcare teachers through narrative inquiry. This study was conducted with 30 pre - childcare teachers and constructed and applied class activities based on the learning portfolio. The data of this study were collected on the basis of portfolios, in - depth interviews, and reflective thinking journal. The results of the learning portfolio were collected to explore students experiences of self-exploration and career design and changes in thinking during the class, and to conduct in-depth interviews with reflective thinking journal to gather in-depth information and data. And analyzed qualitatively through narrative inquiry. Through this study, It is time to look at themselves in detail through feedback and increase self-esteem. and they experienced the time to actually think about career design and the time to develop methodical competence for self-management. Through this, it became an opportunity to understand and understand the specific characteristics and roles of child care teachers. In addition, it is meaningful to provide basic data useful for building effective education system for childcare teachers in the future.
